A few things. Remove ALL the marvel superhero bullshit, that isn't a proper action film.

Die Hard MUST be at 1#, purely and simply because it defines the whole idea of an action movie. Bourne has to be higher in the list, as it's probably the best action film of the past 10 or so years, and is DEFINITELY better than Spiderman, Hulk, Hitman, Iron Man &, for action, the Dark Knight (though that is a stunning film).

Plus, more Schwarzenegger/Sylvester. Those guys helped define the genre.

Just some advice...when it comes to movies, I find it way faster to just find it streaming somewhere. (I use movie2k mostly, not spamming just saying, there's many others too)..I find the divx links are always the best quality. Just trying to help others like myself that don't have mega-dl speeds like myself..it sucks waiting an hour or more to dl a torrent movie file.
