Yes you're right, I once had to call the ticket man because a person took my seat and wouldn't budge even though I showed him my ticket which said that that place was mine, I had reserved it. This was also in France...5 stars

I explain that I take the Eurostar every week from Gare Du Midi (Brussels) to St Pancras (London). Every week a French person steals my window seat, then I point the camera at 'this weeks french person' saying that they're the thief!!!
