  • First of all,there is no master chef students!!unheard of.Master chef status is earned,not taught in school.

  • these are master chef students? who the heck is the chef/instructor? this must be a new technique called stir-steaming. Not the students fault that they dont have the proper equipment. I would ask for a refund for this Oriental class. Tell them to install some real woks if they are gonna teach this technique.

  • The technique here is all wrong.

    The first step is heat the wok and allow it to get very hot. This is important so the meat can sear. Always stir fry raw meat first with some oil and then vegetables separately. The meat and vegetables should be combined later. Also, there is too many vegetables. The chef is actually stewing the vegetables in their own juices. There is no way he can acheive a proper stir fried taste (wok hei). Also, never use a non-stick wok.
