  • I give major props to Tarantino and Rodriguez, these guys always try to bring some new and great to the table. Hollywood needs more directors like these, to keep the moviepocalypse at BAY.

  • Correction, i mean they always DO bring something new and great to the table...not try. lol

  • this was an awesome and hilarious review, but id like to see you guys do Scott pilgrim vs. the world too. And yea, the phone outta the vagina, that was pretty damn hilarious.

  • thank you!!! finally someone that enjoyed what it really was about

  • Also, Expendables IS a B-Movie. So is Transformers. So is Fast & Furious. Just because it doesn't have an acclaimed director's name on the poster doesn't mean it's bad.

  • No way I'm watching Machete in the theater. I'm sick of action films that stuff boobs at my face. It looks too convulted and serious.

  • @DoctorXeno

    you're afraid of BOOBS?

  • I loved Machete, and had just a fun time watching it. The action was amazing & I was just loving it all, just so ridiculous and cheered after the movie, and was laughing so hard during the action. Just awesome. I live in Arizona, & I love how they adressed the political issues. They do it so well & gets all the little things just dead on. I was laughing because of how well they get it down and that I see this stuff happen just made it more funny to me.

"Mactete don't text." Danny Trejo rules.

  • CANNOT wait for hobo with a shotgun

  • 100th VIDEO!!!

  • The movie was disgusting, shameless, shallow, offensive, and over the top... and I loved every minute of it!

  • Your channel is by far the best movies discussion ever.

    LONG LIVE GOOD MOVIES!!!

  • best grindhouse movie of the year. random nudity, obvious porno music guitar riff, over the top violence.

oh and lyndsey lohan topless along with jessica alba side-boob.

  • LONG LIVE GOOD MOOV!

  • Happy 100th video! You rock man!

  • Is the co-host from Spill.com?

  • how the hell do you afford all of this

  • haha great review critic!

  • You going to do a live action version for this review?

  • @sheldonman14 Don't have the time for a live action version. I'm finishing up a Pre-Re for Devil that's live action, hopefully done by Friday, and a movie night that should be done next week.

  • @moviepreviewcritic Why are you doing live actions? I kinda like having a fucking green screen with the picture on it, and you just talking like in this review. Having all of this, just seems like you're selling out or something. It's unnessasary.

  • @runescaper128 Thanks for sharing your thoughts! The Live Action is really way to do more with less. The old style pre-res took me a looong time to do. Live action already had picture and sound together, so the editing is less intense. For audio reviews like this I'll continue to do just audio, it's freestyle, so there's no pre-production, it's just a discussion. Also, Live Action is a new challenge. How can I do it different, better, etc. It's outside my comfort zone. LLGM!

  • @moviepreviewcritic I don't get why you rag on movies like Transformers yet you're cool with Machete. I mean Machete is basically just a stupid B movie with blood and gore whereas Transformers is basically a stupid action movie with CGI oh and it's alot more expensive than Machete. So yeah. Where do you draw the line.

  • I absolutly loved this movie; it succeeded in everything the actual Grindhouse feature failed in, with enough guts, gore, and creative action to do proper justice to the grindhouse tradition. It was an incredibly pleasant suprise after being disappointed by "The Expendables", which ironically, I was looking forward to for over a year, whereareas I saw Machete on a whim since I had a free movie pass and was going to the mall anyway.

  • @Funkybob2 how about the opening with the girl who pulls out her cellphone from...? (spoiler) lol :)

i was rolling when she did that and then get capped by the asian girlfriend

  • I felt the movie was good, the story was chesy but it worked fine.

My only problem with the movie was that the directors and writers(Rodriguez and Maniquis) had a hidden political agenda with the movie. They aimed at labeling everyone who wants a tougher stance against illegal immigration as bluntly racist and currupt.

    The cops hated mexicans.

    The politicians were racist.

The only good white people helped illegals.

Yeah, maybe its just me but I felt the directors had an agenda.

  • Is that the guy from Spill.com?

  • @DreadRaptor85 i was thinking the same thing!!

  • @DreadRaptor85 lol...he sounds like Cyrus, but it isn't him.

  • Awesome.

  • I can't resist FIRST!!!!

  • Rutger Hauer RETURNING???

  • I love that your friend knows about Hobo with a Shotgun before you.

  • @MetalVirgin lol...I haven't been doing my job lately. Will get back in the game this month.
