THANK YOU Ester for this video. It has REALLY helped me a lot. It seems to target exactly what is the most stiff, weak and painful for me. I do have a lot of bad emotions/memories, etc stuck in my hips and while this routine is very challenging for me still, it has made a huge difference in my overall practice and life. I have been doing this daily for a week or so and I can already see results. Thanks again!! I am a huge fan and i also have your DVD ;).
