I thought this wouldn't do much till I actually went out bought my own kettlebell set and tried it. It leaves you aching the next day even if you are a heavy serious lifter at first. I have progressed greatly since implementing KB's into my routine. Good video, and this exercise pays off in the long run.

The one-armed row is great for strengthening your back and countering the hunch back look that many people are getting from sitting at a desk all day!

Thanks, I like the little details, I've been doing them incorrectly in just the general way without the twist of the torso and head all these years.
