You can get Sonic CD on Gems Collection :D

And unless you have a Saturn and Sonic Jam, I think you have to unlock Sonic 3+Knuckles on the gamecube collection. Where on the Saturn it's readily available at the start.

Yeah, Gems Collection is on my to buy list for precisely that reason.

And I found a better way to get hold of S&K than the ones you mentioned. Sega recently released the Mega Drive Ultimate Collection for the PS3/360, and it's in there (along with pretty much every other game Sega released at that time) so naturally, I'm aiming to get that too!
