you could also use velcro with a sticky back a ton of hook-and-eye things instead of safety pins :)

@MissLeigh78 I didnt sew it because I wanted to be able to wear the sweater without the trim on it also! :) But you can certainly sew it! I also am trying to feature non-sewing projects because lots of my viewers dont know how to sew or dont have access to a sewing machine! :) But I LOVE to sew, so maybe some sewing projects will be in the near future! :)

Think if i did do this project i would have to sew it on as taking the pins off and on every time not my idea of fun also one gush of wind u'll see pins and it becomes scruffy looking
