In my opinion, this is powerful evidence the War Merchants in the USA control the Pres elections as well as many Senate and Cong outcomes. It suggests unlimited war budgets and many more wars of aggression to come.

Do some research on Mike Connell. He was the high IQ tech guru involved with the Bush campaign. In Nov of 2008, he was about to cooperate with the Ohio AG investigating possible voting fraud during the 2004 pres election. A few weeks later, the controls of his private plane were shorted out and the plane fell from the sky. It was a new airplane with a higly experienced pilot in normal weather? professional hit.

Just ask yourself how this is not managed by any major technology company! Duh. Ever hear of Microsoft? Apple? Intel? Here's the awful truth: If on the morning of Nov. 5th, Obama is not solidly leading in the polls by at least six percentage points("solidly", meaning that there one particular poll indicating only six, as his slimest lead in a poll, all others show higher leads)__Obama loses = If it's close, Rove wins. Heres my idea on this. Why doesn't Diebold or any company that furnishes these machines create an electronic voting device that issues a receipt of your vote to you before you leave the booth, then each citizen has verifiable proof of their vote...makes sense to me. I would also like to know who are the largest Diebold investors, and what their lobbying activities are.

Because they'd rather not, obviously. Just because they do it with ATMs doesn't mean they will for your VOTE.

Same reason they make these systems unauditable. They just don't want to.

Why is voting done digitally anyway? What's wrong with punchcards? Go back to the basics. Oh wait, they want to hack the votes....

Even if it's encrypted it would still take just 1 corrupt employee who happens to know the key to unravel the whole thing.

But hey, I still think the idea of paper is nearly as bad.

1) voting on paper

2) putting it in a box

3) sending that box to a central location

4) opening that box

5) hand counting my paper

At any point in this chain of events someone could "not count" a vote or loose a vote. Human "error" is almost worse.

no, paper voting has worked for over a century in this country and elsewhere. there is a written record. if there were exit poll discrepancies, a supervised recount could be made. it takes quite a bit of work to physically change 10,000 paper votes. it takes

less than a second to change electronic votes on a memory stick.
