I always have loved this guys playing. He's got class, musicality and perfect technique. I think it's great how he pulls back his creeping bass drum without blinking an eye. There are so many technically capable drummers, but so few that have a clue about playing the drummers musically.

Morello is a GOD. I once read that the other members of the Quartet looked up to him. When they thought their own performance was sub-par, they knew they could count on Morello to save their tushes. Morello always came through. Let's be honest, he looks like an accountant... looks sure can be deceiving.

That's might just be why I love the classic Quartet so much. Morello, Brubeck, Desmond... Hell, everybody but Wright look like accountants! But I'll be damned if they're not the epitome of cool. They're all attitude and skill, you gotta love it.
