  • I got one sort of like that but mine is kinda crappy T_T but it works :D I did some comic outlining with acrylic paint on my backpack (Velocity from TOP COW comics) It came out quite well :)

  • good supplies are rarely available locally, and certainly not at Michael's etc. John Neal Booksellers and Paper & Ink are both great mail-order businesses who have been supplying calligraphers for many years.

    the teacher above favors Brause nibs, which are relatively stiff and can handle more pressure, whcih means your touch does not have to be as delicate. Many calligraphers prefer Mitchell, which are more flexible, and at some sizes, even Speedball, tho quality has gone down over the years.

  • try copying some work in other videos, and notice how they are doing it, what they are doing, and such. this is how i learned.
