  • Is a loading phase really necessary with creatine ? & should you take creatine post workout ?

  • QUICK QUESTION:

Can you use creatine when on fat loss diet and exercise ???

  • @ixy1987 I would not suggest it due to water retention

  • @buybulkwhey what about BCAA ??

  • @ixy1987 Great point, thank you those are always essential!

  • finally a guy who doesn't have irritating tics. and you have an loud clear voice, i like the video!

  • Comment removed

  • @iLift94 I have done both a loading phase as well as not doing a loading phase. Honestly, I really couldn't tell a difference aside from going through my creatine faster

  • hi i have some questions i mostly take creatine one hour before my workout but what if i take it after my workout and does creatine works well even if you don't do your workout like you said some people take it in the morning?

  • @50lul I would say if you are going to take creatine make sure you are working out. Otherwise you will be wasting the product.

  • have you heard about a product name A50 or methyle 1 d???? are they safe???

  • @SoKomplete7 I have not

  • @SoKomplete7 i think youre're meaning methyl 1 t.....and no, it is veeerrryyyyyy bad for you

  • BOISE STATE hells ya

  • @freehandies WOOP WOOP!!!

  • great video. now, some honest advice for you. take off that background, it is distracting, it looks like crap and it made me dizzy trying to look at you with everything moving around behind you.

nice information, I will check out more of your videos!

  • @bbbbbb222222 I appreciate the comments....but i have to keep up the Boise state highlights:)

  • I have kaizen creatine monohydrate and i work out one day and the next day i take a break so its pretty much one day yes one no one yes one no so do i take the creatine everyday? or just on the days i work out well after?

  • @iModpsp You want to take it everyday.

  • Hey how long does it take for creatine monohydrate to work? i workout one day yes the other no to heal and eat healthy foods ive been takeing it for about 6 days when do u start to see results?

  • @Backdoormexicon I always saw good results about week 2, good luck!

  • what about creatine capsules? those all right?

  • @marcoooooooooooooize I would go with powder

  • I went from 145 lbs to 206lbs in 2 years. I take creatine 28 grams daily, slpit in three doses. with grape juice and dextrose. One scoope before workout and one right after workout. I also take NO2 during workout. remember to consume close to 2800 to 3000 calories daily if you are trying to gain lot of weight. I am trying to get to 240 within this year.

  • @garysaran Hell Yeah!! Great stack and great results bro...........

  • i have creatine 320 it says to take 3grams, is 1/2 tsp ok?

  • @imawesome89100 Yep!

  • i just started monohydrate and was wondering how long it will be untill ill see mass gains or water weight.thanks

  • @shaneomcg123 You will probably see water weight prior to muscle gain, usually in the first 7-10 days

  • can you take creatine but only do body exercises. for example pushups. because i dont have any weights. so could i like do alot of body excericises and still take creatine. would i still get the same results as if i were using weights.?????

  • @JamesJDMoe Yes, buit you will need to do more sets with body weight movements.

  • I was just watching the highlights

  • Hey im 14, i play football and throw for track. i weigh 204. If i want to be stronger do i use Creatine Monohydrate? i have some, but i do want to get stronger but i dont want to gain weight. i actually want to lose weight and get stronger? What will Creatine do?

  • @oDR34MZzo I would back off on the creatine as you will gain water weight

  • my weight is 92 kg ,how much should i take??

  • sweet video.. I buy pure creatine, not that stuff with all the sugars, 5grams of creatine, 5grams of Glutamine mixed together everymorning with grapejuice to get that insuline spike.. Oatmeal breakfast everymorning to load on long chain carbs and keep my blood sugar level, LOTS of water.. After workout I take whey protein powder shake usually with a bannana or some other fruit and take my colostrum, glucosamine, and multivatamin..

  • i do 15G a day...5G in morning.5G before Training.And 5G after training ;]

  • @rauliuxas How are the results?

  • @buybulkwhey they are good i think..

    i eat 6 time's a day and use creatine. in 2month's i gained almost 20Lb's ;]

  • @rauliuxas Nice man!! Great job

  • @buybulkwhey they are good i think..

    20Lbs in 2month's .i eat 6 times a day

  • @buybulkwhey they are good i think..

  • im 16 i have creatine monohydrate im around 225 it says 5 grams how much should i take for fast fast fast change and for how long im completely clueless ahah

  • @chrisandormike I will typically take creatine for 8 to 12 weeks, then about the same amount of time off and then repeat. I don't usually do a loading phase... I just start with 5 grams in my whey protein smoothie immediately after my workout... I feel like the loading phase only gets me there a couple days quicker and probably waste a bunch of creatine.

  • i just bought creatine. My product says 2 grams per day. Should i increase?

  • @hydra9800 That would be fine to start

  • @buybulkwhey Found out they have to say 2 grams per day. (Europe law). However i might increase to 20 gram per day (5x4) for the first week, then go down to 5 grams per day in 10 weeks, then stop for a month and then start over. Its called loading-fase and should be safe too.

  • @hydra9800 Sounds good man!

  • creatine affects the apearence? ulose definition while using it?

  • @FelipeBR777 Yes, you will lose lose size due to the decrease of water retention. You still should keep some of your size though.

  • creatine gives u solid muscle or u het bigger because of the wather retension? when u stop using creatine u become like u were before using creatine?

  • i was wondering if u stop using the product but keep your work out habits the same will u lose strenght size and endurance

  • @lilpat916 No, you will lose some water, but you should be ok

  • Well, what you really saying then is that the powder gives you alot more results than the liquid ent? Now I ain't use the liquids for a month asyet so I wouldn't jump to conclusions asyet, but once I really start using it, I'll see what is the results at the end of the month...

  • I was looking all over the place, and even ended up down town but couldn't find any of the Creatine Powder. I was so mad yea. Now the worst part is that no 1 on here ever used that liquid creatine that I am using so I not so sure that it will work, although I did research on it, and they say it is for serious bodybuilders..... I still gonna use it anyway and pump iron, and see what'll happen in 3 months or more. :o

  • @mark7243669 I have used the liquids in the past, but I always seem to come back to creatine monohydrate powder. Not sure whey, but it always gives me good results. I think we will add the powder to our site before too long.

  • I was looking for the powder creatine but never found it, all they had left was that liquid creatine, so I only use it when I'm gonna lift weights. I don't think you can mix creatine monohydrate liquid with anything else, and it tastes so weird yea. lol. Gonna start some serious exercises Monday.

  • @mark7243669 Keep us up to date on your progress!!

  • @futb0lista7777777 5 grams is about a heaping 1/2 teaspoon scoop. I just measured it.

  • Hey, anyone ever used Creatine Monohydrate Sublinugal which is the liquid formula, can you please tell me if it is really 10-12 drops whenever you gonna workout or if it is 1 teaspoon when you are gonna workout?

  • @mark7243669 I have never used the sublingual, I prefer the plain creatine monohydrate powder and I like to mix it with a fruit juice or a protein smoothie.

  • Why is it necessary to load? Can't you just start of with 5 grams a day?

  • @kimcheolho I have done it with or without loading and gotten great results. I think it depends on the type of creatine and your nutrition.

  • @kimcheolho Creatin binds water to your muscle cells, when you load your muscle cells gets filled with water! 5 grams a day is just to maintain your muscles charged. If you skip the loading phase you will never get same effect

  • Hey man, i have the CreaForce monohydrate which is 5grams per seriving and your supposed to take 1 when you wake up and one before bed. Now i haven't started it yet but i hear for the first 4 days i should double up to get it in my system. Is this correct? Is this safe?

  • @killur1def Man I have done the loading phase and the not loading phase...lol I really couldn't tell the difference. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water though!

  • @killur1def I find I like the creatine monohydrate in some sort of fruit juice or whey protein smoothie immediately following my workout, or on non-workout days sometime in the morning. I only use 5 grams per day with no loading phase.

  • whats is better? taking creatine before or after a workout? it would be great if i could get an answer it would really help out thanks

  • @pnobeach I have tried both, and personally have seen better results consuming it after. Cheers!!

  • @pnobeach thanks a lot, and im not sure if you'd answer this but i've also heard it shrinks the size of your "package". Is this true in any way?

  • @pnobeach lol... no bro your package will be fine

  • @buybulkwhey haha phew, well anyways thanks again this helps a lot

  • @pnobeach No worries man

  • You can take it at 14 if your diet is good. Make sure to drink alot of water too. 5 grams per day is a good amount to be taking. Taking it after your workout will give you the best results

  • do you think 14 years old is to young to take creatine...also did you take it before or after workout

  • @Choopalooky I would wait until 17 or so, there is no need to take it at this point. Eat good foods and train "correctly"

  • do you think 14 is to young

  • @Choopalooky Yes

  • Do you suggest a age that you should be to take creatine

  • @Choopalooky I started taking creatine when I was 17 or so. The main thing is to take only as much as you need. 5 grams per day is ideal.

  • @buybulkwhey Tablespoon or Teaspoon?

  • @haritoma Table

  • what is a good example of simple sugars to drink with creatine? Do you just dump table sugar in there?

  • @insidetrip101 I like powdered Gatorade

  • @buybulkwhey

Do you mix both the creatine powder and gatorade together? Or do you drink them separately. Does it just come down to preference and taste, and isn't that big of a deal?

  • @insidetrip101 I mix them together...I like the grape flavor

  • @buybulkwhey

    Pro pro.

    Thanks for the help!

  • @insidetrip101 No problem!

  • @buybulkwhey great vid! is this true on how you use it? 3 months on cre 6 weeks off... preferably drink with grape juice..only use it as pre NEVER as post..if you are beginning on this first week of "loading" take it for breakfast and take it as pre...drink 3 liters of water a day..only 1 tablespoon every time you take..nonworkout days only for breakfast ..and dont mix with protein..TRUE OR FALSE? thanks in advance.

  • @futb0lista7777777 Yes, but I have mixed it with protein in the past actually! Thanks for watching.

  • @buybulkwhey does one tablespoon equal 5 grams?

  • @futb0lista7777777 a heaping 1/2 teaspoon is usually 5 grams of creatine

  • @insidetrip101 Grape juice!

  • @buybulkwhey

That's a great idea. I think grape juice is actually higher calorie/sugar content than Gatorade so it might be better in that way? I'll have to try it out.

  • @insidetrip101 Yes, and the taste is great

  • if you take creatine by itself without any protein powders will you still get the same results as you would if you mixed the two together?

  • @SxcBeast20 Yes

  • annoying background...

  • @JuniorX Can't hate on BOISE STATE!!!!

  • even race horses uses creatine!

  • @terrorizerr1 YES!

  • Thanks for this.

  • @InsaneBulldozer No worries man, we will have more coming

  • i usually drink about 2 gallons of water every day... as soon as i start cycling creatine i literally put on 10lbs in one week without changing anything except adding in the creatine. that shit makes you hold water so much its crazy. make sure you drink hella water when taking creatine to pack on that weight and supply your body with the water it needs because your muscles will be using a lot and not flushing it out like normal

  • @MrRanger1987 GREAT POINT^^^^ MrRanger is completely right.... you will put on the weight BUT pound that H2O!!!

  • @MrRanger1987 is cycling creatine deferent than body building creatine

  • @rahulxdx I would say no, but are you asking about a specific brand?

  • @rahulxdx actually i m find a better body building creatine but when i saw the name of cycling creatine in ur comment so i thought that these creatine are for cycling racers i am new in body building just 2 months

  • @rahulxdx Gotcha:) Yes, I would say any creatine product you take, you want to cycle off every 6-8 weeks.

  • @rahulxdx cool.

  • @MrRanger1987 how many tablesppons do you take daily?

  • @futb0lista7777777 I try and take 5 grams myself. This is about 1/2 teaspoon

  • hi there im 32yrs old and weigh around 14.5 - 15 stone.... ive been on whey protien for about 4 months and not really noticed anything but an extreamly bloated stomach..im not in shape at all i have man boobs and am looking to loose these and gain upper body mass....nothing excesive just to gain and rip ......would you recomend i stop the protien and use the creatine mono. ?

  • @uktaz28 I would focus on your nutrition and training first. Creatine will put water weight on you and bloat you a little. Focus on eating clean man! Good luck..cheers!

  • @uktaz28 id reccomend you to stop trying supplements and just go and run 3 miles a day.

  • @Dalaryna Please explain?

  • @buybulkwhey if you have excessive fat you should focus on burning that (partly) first before taking supplements. Simply taking supplements won't do anything, and certainly won't get you ripped. I often see fat people that want to become muscular put way too much effort in weightlifting while they really should focus alot more on cardiovascular exercise. Fat people are often mesomorph and get muscle rather easy anyways, burning fat is what matters.

  • @Dalaryna Great point. Nutrition is the number one key in getting a lean body. Thank you for the post!

  • Great Info mate :D , Thnx

  • @buffboy1995 Thanks man! Cheers!

  • thanks this vid really helped i thought i was gonna get chunky and be less strong

  • @cody95336 Glad to hear!! Good luck

  • so how much water do i need to use 10g of creatine monohydrate ? does it make any differences if i use 10g or Creatine n 10g of Creatine>?

  • @nickessss I would say at least a gallon, and 10 grams is good..but go with 5 grams if you can. Your really do not need more than that.

  • @buybulkwhey thank you so much sir!!!!!

  • @buybulkwhey thx you so much!

  • @buybulkwhey thx you so much

  • @nickessss Anytime bro!

  • 4 times in a week from 45-80 minutes with all i got depends from what body part i was taken creatine 30 min before workout

  • @lunatic20000 That is odd, you should see something! how heavy are you lifting

  • @buybulkwhey listen got problems with mouse if i reply you twice dont think that im an idiot.i lift enought cas an ex bodybuilder gave me an advice about weights when i was helping him

  • @lunatic20000 Cool man, no problem. Maybe change to an ethyl esther, I enjoyed it got good results off it .

  • Comment removed

  • @lunatic20000 gotcha

  • ultimate nutrition Creatine Monohydrate, 300g(USA)

  • @lunatic20000 How was your diet and training schedule man?

  • i used creatine 5g a day for a month but it didnt gave me nothing,i didnt felt power, didnt gain mass, nothing, aldo i didnt use protein with it ,just creatin

  • @lunatic20000 Really, what brand?

  • @lunatic20000 you need protein, its what rebuilds your muscle and gives you mass.

  • @aaronjchampion42 Agreed!

  • @lunatic20000 thats why you didnt gain you need protein!

  • is it necessary to load Creatine dose by using 20 gm for 1st week ?

  • @sajan901 I have done it both ways, and I prefer not to load..you are just wasting money that route

  • @buybulkwhey well you need to load if your a beginner only the 1st week

  • Thanks Alot! Very Helpful

  • @boegsean My pleasure man. Cheers!

  • would creatine help me losse body fat and gain muscle mass??

  • @3VILJ0K3R Your nutrition is going to be the biggest factor in that, so focus on eating clean. second would be your workouts, make sure you are lifting heavy enough to stimulate growth in your body. but yes creatine is a great product.

  • @3VILJ0K3R You will put water weight on, so it may not be the best choice for getting lean, but control your nutrition and only take 5 grams of creatine. AND POUND THE WATER.

  • @3VILJ0K3R You can get leaner, but you will put on some water weight, so focus onyour diet.

  • everyones afraid of creatine,. its brilliant, if you just do whatever it says on the pack you wont fuck yourself up (which really can happen if you dont use it right). and people say that its just waterweight, well, it is, but after your done on your creatine course, you can maintain that watermuscle and make it into pure muscle with the right training

  • @clarkeyladDF Well said!!!!

  • @clarkeyladDF im 16 can i begin taking it?

  • @futb0lista7777777 Creatine is naturally occurring in many meats, talk with your parents and make sure they are cool with it. Do some google searching so you can show creatine is found naturally in many of the foods we eat.

  • What is a safe age to be taking creatine?

  • @2012MYAsSkG Honestly I started at 15, even though they say 18. Be smart:)

  • If i'm pretty fit, have a six-pack ya lean built and take creatine, will I use my six-pack or lose my leanness, would I become more rounded like a NFL linebacker or something?

  • @bugred Water weight and bloat are always aspects of consuming creatine, so try it out but yeah it could smooth out your 6 pack..be stoked you have a 6 pack..lol

  • If my workout schedule includes lots of jogging, weight training every week. Will this still help me make gains in strength training with the weights? Or will I need to do less jogging? Need to know, thanks.

  • @spareaxe I t really depends on how much cardio you are doing and at what intensity. If you are really pushing the cardio, than your gains will be slower. Let me know if you have any other questions., Cheers!

  • monohydrate vs. kre-alkalyn ???????????

  • @Goncinni I have tried them both and I am mixed on both...lol I actually just alternate but the Kre is pretty cool stuff

  • thank you

  • @hackkney Anytime

  • You will retain some water while consuming creatine, when you get off you will just have less of a pumped or bloated feel

  • @harperandxander TRUE!! I hate the bloat

  • buybulkway just a quick question:

i am 14 (turning 15 soon) and i have got my hands on some Creatine Mono hydrate what should i do:

    1- take some

    2-through it in the bin?

will be appreciated if you can answer

  • @hackkney Honestly man, I would hold off and just stick to whole foods and whey protein. I hated when people told me not to take stiff because I was to young..lol but there is some truth to it..Cheers.

  • @hackkney Creatine aint harming no one, only side effect is that you can get a bit chubby when you quit

  • @r0lexify Agreed! Well put!

  • get chubby when you use it. when you stop you lose all the water weight

  • @trudal987 Yep, sometimes...lol

  • @hackkney sell it for some roids
