  • This is Obey Commamder special for me, I don't understand the words but it reminds about my big uncle in Kaduna in them days in his Rimi Guest Inns when i was growing up. I love this music the the core.

    It was 1972 and it was the first song I taped on my brand new Sony cassette recorder. I was a fresh graduate from Univ of Ibadan and had just landed a good teaching job. Those were the days!! God be praised.

  • I remember as young kid watching obey and his band playing this music at a marriage ceremony in Abeokuta just before Oke Aminu died in a motor accident. Monday John the lead guitarist was my mentor., a friend of the family.
