  • Great video but a real shame we can't hear those superb engines

  • Detesto esse "Adobe Flash Player" - Quer tomar conta de tudo! Prefiro ficar sem do que ter essa droga no meu PC!

  • The music is smaltzy shit. It distracts.

  • That is just way too cool. Thanks for the video.

  • Well, what can one say? What a beautiful video of a beautiful old airplane! Poetry in flight. Ah yes! The Good Old Days.

  • What's the music name?????

  • Wonderful ! Thank you. Makes me feel good after all these years. We flew these on the Pacific Barrier during the cold war, 1950's. Thanks again

  • couldnt possibly find a better soundtrack....ands thanks for leaving the engine sounds in there! awesome vid. definitely clicking the favorite tab on this one, thanks for posting!

  • Yes, its magic.

I dont know why, or how, but I can feel that magic times deep into my heart.

Maybe I died and I reencarnate, and the echous of that feelings are rising when I see that beautiful planes and hear that beutiful voice.

Great syncronice melody and engines. I am alive again.

    Thank you. ^_^

  • Normally, I would prefer to hear only the music of the engines, but I have to admit that Doris Day's song is such a perfect match for this video that I don't mind at all.

  • is likel, weird the form of thy plane

  • lovely aircraft

  • excellent video, good match of vid and music. thanks

  • Hermosa cantante, DORIS y hermoso avion.-

  • The singer is of course Doris Day. She fits in very well with the Connie of the 50's. 2 grand old ladies now.

  • Nifty. Nice. Did you see when the engineer hit the synch button shortly after t/o and the props all synched up? Man, those were something. Romantic, just like the old steam loco's.

But the unreliability, the maintenance! The airlines were happy to see them go and the turbines come.

Still, the new planes are no match for these old babies.

  • Behold, the most beautiful machine ever built for the air. The music is a syncronistic match. Great serendipitous slowing of the props. Shall we say "magic"? : )

  • Doris Day and a Super Connie...the magic of two classic treasures

  • awsome music, its magic

  • great song great old airplane

  • wonderful ship! BUT;WHAT THE HELL IS ABOUT THAT SHIT MUSIC? WHERE IS THE GREAT SOUND OF THE ENGINES?

  • well the super connie was brought out around the same time as the big band music thats why he put it to that song i guess

  • Simple magic!!! The music, like this video is too good.

  • Beautiful things are easily recognized as such. Thanks for the vid

  • Very, Very, Very beutifull

  • Very, very wonderfull

  • Nice video, shame about the stupid music ruining it.

  • Well, it would have been nice to hear the sound of the engines instead of the damn music.

  • Ok............whats with the props?

    And why does anyone care?

I mean really it doesent crash or explode or anything, WTF?

  • The Camera's refresh speed is close to the speed of the props.

  • yea i know, still dont see whats so damn good about this, just kinda boring is all.

  • Thanks for sharing this

  • sweet
