Absolutely stunning. Just marvelous. Although on a few words, the pronunciation is off slightly, such as "Deo" and "Iste" but aside from that, beautiful. :) So much control!

Ich finde den Chor sehr kraftvoll, die Betonung und Aussprache sehr deutlich und sauber.

ABER:

Das Ganze ist mir persöhnlich ein wenig zu hektisch.

also.. Du hörst Hektik? Das Gegenteil ist der Fall, das Stück ist sogar ausgesprochen in Ruhe dargeboten.

Das irae bei den Männern sollte eigentlich einstimmig sein, das stört die Perfektion aber life ist life, da passiert schon mal was..

Naja, wie schon geschrieben...ich mag den Tempowechsel nicht so sehr...aber das Ende holt da ordentlich was raus...mir gefällt die Verzögerung am Ende echt gut.

One wonderful thing about Bruckner's Locus Iste is that there are singing groups that pronounce the Latin term for God as DIO while other groups pronounce IT as DEO. Both are correct, though. They refer to the same Almighty God.

Gorgeous! Bravissimi! This is the best version on YT. I think college-age singers bring more earnest and spiritual energy to great choral music. I've heard also the Yale glee club in person-fabulous!
