  • i think you playing is interesting and i have buy red 2 and i did get red 1 so if you have this game on steam so if you whant to play whiw me ad togge1 if not i hop to se you on de battelfield :)

  • I prefer the longer games on Red Orchestra.

This one time there was an event on DH on the large map with the small town and the forrests around it, British v Germans (sorry I totally forget the name of the map) where the timer was set to 3 hours. I actually joined it 10 minutes into the game and kept my guy alive through the whole thing, making 17 kills.

Funny though in the end the battle was won on the timer rather than the attacking team taking the objectives.

  • Try Bad Company 2, fairly realistic in some gameplay and in the destruction aspect. battlefield 3 looks really good though.

    And the America's Army series.

  • make more commentary :)

  • whats the most realistic game you have?

  • @WowAddiction1998 Depends what you're looking for! =P Project Reality is the most realistic 'war' and 'squad' simulator due to it's general feel and that the army has limitations and ranks i.e you can have up to 9 squad leaders all getting objectives from one commander (on massive maps might I add). But Red Orchestra I think mimics the 'shooting' aspects a bit better. And is very good at making you panic! =D Of course there's ARMA II as well, but I never really got into that.

  • deffo upload more man, more people need to know about red orchestra and darkest hour. cant wait to get my pc fixed and get back into this and also PR!!!

  • If you enjoy RO and already have Project Reality, you might wanna try out Forgotten Hope 2, which is also based on the BF2 engine and similar to RO gameplay wise.

  • @Ts5EVER Ahh yes, I've heard of that, will have to try it out. =)

  • If i'm not mistaken, that map is Juno beach, yea? So the reason why the Brits have "American Accents" is because these are Canadians, and it would be cheaper to voice over similar accents. I have DH and see no other problems with other maps with British or even Scottish troops having different accents.

  • @RepublicofSocialismZ Can't remember what the map was (it was a custom one though), don't get me wrong I have anything against it I just thought it was funny that's all. Only because generally in DH the Brits have their native accent and seen as the 'allies' were Brits and not Canadians that's why I thought this. But you're quite right, if it was Juno then they may well have been Canadians and it would be perfectly normal! =)

  • @MayAnneNaze Ok, i havn't been on DH in a long time, but that looked familiar. But as you said you think it could've been a custom map, i still don't get how the character models would be separated from their voices.... so yea, there went my suggestion :p

  • @RepublicofSocialismZ Woops, looked it up and it is Juno Beach! Could've sworn it did the 'downloading map' thing beforehand! So yeah, you're right they could well be Canadians. Sorry for the confusion! =P

  • @MayAnneNaze Oh okidoki, no prob :)

  • sorry, i meant my other account, BluePillowManguy, hes worth subbing, im even making a lets play!

  • i need to ask you 2 things and tell you 1 thing, could you sub me back? could you recemend me to your friends? and good job with the video, oh and whats your steam name?

  • i think it look petty fun :D

  • @boxol20 Cool! =) Would you like to see more? The bigger battles tend to be more epic and intense!

  • @MayAnneNaze ye sure :D
