63 is way too young. The ride went really well and we raised an incredible amount of money ($34 million estimated). What a great event for some great people. I remain optimistic that the 10% number will continue to go down. Nothing replaces your dad, but we can keep raising money for people who are solving this puzzle. Keep the faith.
Scott, I don't check this email often so I am finding your video the day after the PMC.
I lost my Dad two years ago to a form of leukemia. The disease was killing him so he chose to have a bone marrow transplant. With only a 10% chance of the transplant NOT working, my Dad lost his battle just three months after the transplant. He was one of the 10%. He was 63. 63 used to seem old but as I close in on 50 myself, I realize now just how young 63 is.
