i train my biceps-triceps once-twice a week, i no about eating right, i drink protien shakes, and i know not to over train and also i workout other body parts and take rest days but.. My biceps are barely growning. I notice a big difference than a year and a half ago but they wont stack up to well so they look small :( any advice on how to make them look biggeR?
@TheVideomaker909 Ok so here is the scientific reason why your biceps aren't growing, testosterone is the main hormone for building muscle, and your nuts are just so tiny, they produce barely any. You have a mangina, i'd take up cooking if I were you.
@KeroKeroFFVII yeah i got myself door pull up bar awhile ago the iron gym extreme but i don't use it that much i only do it when im cutting down on fat and tone muscles up.

So unfair that men have so much upper body strength. I can't do pull ups. I am benching 80 pounds now, but pull up's - can't do!

pullups is the baddest workout. wide grip works out everything close grip will give you biceps like a bodybuilder.

@KeroKeroFFVII I use the door but it sucks you could buy one of those things that attaches to a door for pull ups.
