I just got an integrated NAD 375 amp for my CM8s. Put my receiver to shame lol. Make sure you get the right wiring for your B&Ws. i prefer audioquest speaker wire.

one more thing to consider, your speaker placement is very bad, you should be closer to your walls to get all the bass your speakers can produce

yup a tube amp or higher end front end until you do you won't realize the potential of your speakers

these are about 2.200 and btw is tht pioner or the eleite seies get rotel or krell

Ages - Agreed. Those speakers would really thank you an sing if you used the pre-outs from your AVR to an intergrated amp. Something like an Arcam A38.

nice setup!!! i would ditch the receiver as soon as you can and get some nice separates or a integrated amp. trust me i used a receiver for a long time and it just doesn't cut it for music. better amplification would truly elevate your speaker's performance.
