@Pokekirbio Heh, you are wrong overall Cyndaquil is not OU (overused) it is one of the UU (underused) you might think this instead what I meant : that Cyndaquil is more OU than the 2 other Jotho starters.

I like all of the starters but hey you can only choose one.

Totodile is more overused than both of them since it only have 2 weaknesses..

@Strike1s Geez, why is everyone so crazy about tiers? When I said overused, I meant in terms of being picked as a starter, not in terms of tiers. My reason for saying that is that almost EVERY playthrough of HGSS that I've seen, the person uses Cinders. Honestly, I couldn't care less about tiers. In any aspect. At all.
