@CrazySVUFan This is the show LONG before it reached Broadway. This version of the show is actually about 3 rewrites before the final Broadway version. In fact, it still has Brian d'Arcy James in it.

I feel like the majority of the lyrical changes were to get rid of the stupid clichés... like changing "with tender loving care" to "with patience and with care" and the "let there be light" to "we need some light." The new lyrics are MUCH better.

@carriewhite410 Brian D'Arcy James was the original Dan in the off-broadway run (which this video is) also, the doctor is different. Louis Hobson is OBC Doctor, Asa Somers is the doctor in these videos. He is currently playing Dan in the tour production as well
