Interesting! ... Mysterious group .. hmm ... that reference links the group that created Lisa Galloway to the episode.

I think that title is vague but the title in English is worst: Deadly ringer comes from an expression ... Someone who is a "Dead ringer" means a nearly perfect match in looks to someone else.

Therefore Deadly Ringer (although vague) implies a look alike match with lethal consequences. In this title, the focus is the duel. In the Spanish title, the focus is the group ..
