I must say, considering there are credits, that either this "trailer" was fan made and a fun little self contained gag, OR that no footage of the movie actually exists yet and maybe this was to try and entice a studio?

upon further dtective work on the director, Richard Rapporst, Brian Yuzna was to serve as producer, this trailer was cut in (I think) 2005 but the film was NEVER made... theres a second trailer for Worst Case Senario, with different footage and its on youtube as Worst Case Senario trailer 2.

yepp, totally agree. must see movie :)

the only drawback is the first minute of this trailer. really tasteless from a german ( e.g. my ) point of view. hearing the infamous 3rd verse (the nazi-created verse) of our national anthem while watching the 1974 soccer worldcup is quite far away from 'funny'...

while, on the other hand, this might not be a problem, as I doubt this film will be released here in germany. ;)

You mean the first verse. And it wasn´t created by the nazis, but by August Heinrich Hoffmann von Fallersleben in 1841.

"Einigkeit und Recht und Freiheit" is the third verse. ;)

I must agree with B3nd0g.. this paranoia is a sign of stupidity (sorry), a trapped mind and finally getting ridicolous. You feel ashamed to hear that 1st part of our old anthem (which isnt political correct but hey.. ever listened to other anthems?) while watching the world championship? Oh my god... Its meant satiric and i feel ashamed, that patriotic feelings are only expressed for soccer games!!!

Btw: The movie preview looks fantastic.. but it looks more like Nazi-Mutants/Frankensteins ;)
