  • I hope when I have my sea training done, that my job will allow me to get the time to volunteer for this, it is one of the most importaint Charity organisations in the UK, and anyone that says otherwise is ignorant to the work they do!

  • I'm sorry you feel this way. It is a fact that the demand for our lifesaving services is increasing - but the percentage of our lifeboat crews with professional maritime experience is decreasing. Crew training is, therefore, vital and is only made possible through the generous voluntary donations the public give us.

  • You clearly have no idea, Your just another person who feels the need to sit at home causing needless offense and ignore the real work being done by these people. The same people who wouldn't expect one of those 'precious' pennies of yours if they ever had to rescue you
