Ive seen approximately 1000000000 videos (super exaggeration, as I do not actually keep count) that use hypercam 2 and they have reasonable to very good frame rates. While the frame rate may not be your fault you can not blame the problem on a reasonably good recording software. That said the video is still very interesting and i may just check this out for myself.

@smurd20 If you don't own the game, it's illegal. But no one is really going to go out of there way to catch you with it, so for the most part, it's nothing to worry about if you do it. ZSNES is an emulator that plays SNES ROMs. You can download it, as well as virtually any SNES ROM, through search engines.
