pretty much all in E apart from the last part.. "all through the night.." is A.. theres a few ways of doing the song, open e tuning sounds top and you can do both the rythm and the nice bits john does over the top as you can hear in the clip... standard in E.. or Capo 2nd fret and play a D chord  is then E
