Either the kid din't know any theory or Joe remembered it wrong, because min5 doesn't even exist(a 5 chord omits the third, making it neither maj or min)

He's right about the non-pic thing. i lost my pick(s) and for about a month didn have a chance to get to the store and just played with my fingers and its one of the best learning things i had as far as soloing bc you can just do more stuff once you go back to using finger and pic stuff alternating.
