Even if Orochi Warriors 3 comes out to America its not the same as playing Samurai Wariors3...We didn't even get OWZ. Apparently SW3 had several glitches.

Samurai Warriors 3 does have lots of appeals to it just like Dynasty Warriors but im still upset they haven't made Samurai Warriors z overseas yet.

Dynasty Warriors 7 is awesome. It was a huge improvement over the past games. If you are hesitant just buy DW7XL which is like 40 bucks U.S.

@Sanfordjr01 my expectation is that japan keeps samurai warriors because its not as popular as dynasty warriors ( even though it was superior) dynasty warriors will continue in the west because its their cash cow, orochi will most likley stop because of the samurai warrior characters. the west is most likley to get mostly anime games out of koei now..this is my prediction. also all smaller koei titles will stay exclusive as well. we may get crappy handhelds of sw though

we should start a petition like they did to get Xenoblade released in the US. I was hoping the US would get SW3E at least then I could import it, I have loved the series since the first SW game and I don't think its fair that the fans outside the japanese market get the raw end of the deal.

@bobsamurai Hokuto Musou OR DW6? Assuming that both games sold 10K each, it's still barely enough to cover shipping and localisation costs.

I can definately see western audiences being screwed out of Musou Orochi 2, and rightfully so for the reason I gave above.

I stopped being a Koei fan right when they were doing retarded buisness practices like........ well you know........ the things that you mentioned. I just wanna play samurai warriors on my 360 (or ps2). Thats all I want from Koei.

I just got it on Japanese (not too long ago) there's as helpful site on gamefaqs that helps with the language issue. everyone should get it, its beautiful and massive just look at the info on gamefaqs

just how i feel about orochi warriors Z,ever since i read that there isnt a US release i just died inside,dynasty warriors and samurai warriors in one game dosent get any better than that,right?!?!

i cant stop playing orochi warriors 2,i have yet to play part 1 but it just has all these characters I LOVE IT!

@Shadowdispel i never got into orochi warriors but i understand your disappointment. i put hundreds of hours into each samurai warriors game. so many years of fun just to no longer have the new ones...who are they to say that we cant enjoy something? all they need to do is give it subtitles.

I'm just as pissed as you, but let's be honest. The following for these types of games is not as big here in the US. It sucks but no love for Koei in the states. All the 5.0-6.0 reviews by IGN are tainting peoples opinions of the series. :( I don't feel that Dynasty Warriors has taken a halt either... 7 was literally the best in the series. Good topic though!

@themegamancave all that aside if they are comfortable with saving money then they are comfortable with pissing their US and UK fanbase off. im sure the newest dw game was better than the other dw games, because the older dw games didnt give it much of a competition imo. i actually think the new dw game looks cool but im not going to feed their cashcow when they wont feed my desires for sw
