It's a game series named Project Shrine Maiden, but everyone just calls it Touhou.  This is a remixed version of Sakuya Izayoi's theme, Flowering Night. If you want to look up this series, you should refer to it as Touhou, because that name caught on so well that 90% of the Touhou fandom doesn't realize it's actually called Project Shrine Maiden.
