There's a drop down on the footage you use and there's transform. Click the drop down menu on that and it has a list of stuff like rotation. click on the stop watch and move it round rotate w.e and move it along the timeline to different points and then move it where you want...

You are using an unregistered version. If you register After Effects it should register CC. If not, you'll need to register CC separately (I don''t know how, though, but I know it can be done).
