the easy way is to go to imovie, drag your first video on the editing place, then drag your other video over the first video. select cutaway. then, go to your second video and click on the settings things. go to clip, then go to way to the bottom where rolling shutters and other stuff. the thing above it, i forgot the name, but it is at 100% , drag it to 50% or to where it fits for you.
