FFS is in my future also. I am worried that they might take off too much of my nose. Undersized button noses are undesirable. So, be careful! I was watching "Bones" on TV the other day. It made me think that you resemble Emily Deschanel. Her jaw is a little square. A lot of beautiful women have somewhat of a squarish face. Elizabeth Hurley, Giselle Bundchen. I am worried that you might go "too far" and end up looking unnatural. Good luck!!

I agree with those who feel you don't need FFS, but as a postop TS woman myself, I know that one does what one feels they must. You'll look more fantastic than you already do. I still think you'd benefit by working on your voice. Still, girl, you're amazing and will have a happy feminine life.

Hey good luck with FFS, and i know how youre felling, im 3 1/2 weeks post op from FFS and things are going well. The 1st week or so is very difficult with recovery , try not to get paranoid about every little thing you see in the mirror, it does get better by the day.

Since surgery i haven't had one look from anyone seeing me as anything but female and its been the icing on the cake. I know it will do the same for you, it really just helps take out any male markers we see in our own faces. xo

Et pour les visites y'a la tour effeil mais vas aussi a montmartre c'est tres joli, le 5eme arrondissement et la rue mouffetar aussi... ;))) si tu veux aller dans le quartier gay c'est le 4eme, metro hotel de ville.
