  • I hate Jerry Brown but this was the greatest commercial ever. Brilliant! Meg Whitman would have just been "Jerry Brown Lite". Maybe next time we'll get a Republican candidate who actually goes to bat for the people.

  • busted bitch!

  • I'll bet the guy or gal that wrote this Ad got a massive raise. Fxxking brilliant.

  • copy paste lol

  • To be fair all politicians say the same corny electoral lines, who hasnt said jobs, jobs, jobs. Republicans always call for the government to be run like a business and outsiders always go for the anti establishment line.

  • this ad got him elected.......oh yeah the maid too lol

  • poor Arnie ,, his lines stolen from him by her..

  • Hey - did you watch the video on the Jewish exploitation of white children at my channel? YouTube took it down but someone else re-uploaded. Add it to your favorites- we have to fight the real censors. They force multiracial "diversity" on us even though all of the empirical and forensic evidence categorically shows that it's unhealthy and regressive. White people need to wake up. Race is not a "social construct", it is a biological reality.

  • THIS AD IS A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!

  • Im speechless.

    This is brilliant ad.

And I dont even think you can call it a "negative ad." Sure the quotes are all out of context, but there's so much repetition reinforcement that it almost builds its own context.

  • Ah, nothing sweeter than a right wing bitch returned to the powerless ignominy she so richly deserves -- and poorer, to boot!

  • good thing she lost !

  • It destroyed Meg Whitman & the whole idea that she was something new, something different, an outsider, blah, blah, blah. A killer ad if there ever was one, Whitman, with all her money, had nothing to counter it. She & Fiorina were a pair of arrogant flops (Fiorina was so arrogant, she tried & totally failed to portray Boxer as more arrogant than herself). The GOP will never go looking for another Silicon Valley exec, ever again. Northern California is NOT GOP country.

  • @bondurango

Next time the GOP will go for witches and crazy housewifes. They are much cheaper and more successful. 11/12 US America will get the next terror event.

  • Meg Whitman's defeat was one of the bright spots of last Tuesday's election.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhAhAHAH!!!!

  • She was really a democrat pretending to be a republican. She would have done NOTHING about illegal immigration, just like Arnold did nothing about it.

  • @SupportAZ NOTHING about that woman made her "a Democrat". Just saying something doesn't make it so. Funny - you say she was a democrat because she didn't mention illegal immigration, then you say Arnold did nothing about it - those are two Republicans but you're STILL trying to spin it that the Dems are soft on immigration. How many years has McCain been in the AZ senate? What has HE done about it. Open your eyes.

  • @MsJCBurke I hate 'em both and don't defend either. Dems and Repubs both do nothing about illegal immigration. McCain is another pro-illegal immigration Republican who talks tough once in a while once in a while when it's fashionable.

  • @MsJCBurke Trying to spin it that the Dems are soft on immigration???? Look no further than examining how dems voted in unison in favor of the "dream acts". Through no fault of their own, legal citizens are now being shut out of an extra $40 million a year in education grants.

  • I'm a Republican but I have to say- this was one of the best ads of the election season. If I was undecided, I'd have voted for Brown in a heartbeat.

  • What a brilliant ad!!!! A friend of mine in CA told me about it and I'm thrilled I was able to see it for myself. Kudos, Gov Brown!!!!! And all the best for a successful future for you and CA!! --a true BLUE ny-er

  • See what people who compare Jerry Brown's previous Governorship to his soon-to-be one is that back then he was YOUNG, and in all honesty he was a bit too idealistic. A lot can change in a person in 20 or 30 some odd years, although with Whitman being just like Arnold; if she had won she would have only a few months or so to change. With age comes wisdom? Just sayin'...

  • It's funny how no one sees the supreme irony of this ad: Jerry is trying to convince us that Meg is just like Arnold, and we've had enough of Arnold, "we've tried that, it doesn't work".

She might or might not be, but Jerry Brown is not *like* Jerry Brown, he *IS* Jerry Brown, and we *HAVE* tried that, and it "DIDN'T* work. The problem is -- California is an ultimate immigrant state, and most people simply weren't around then, which allows Jerry to sell his old B.S. twice.

    Oh, well.

  • hahahahahahahhahahahahahaaha

  • Dumb bitch was probably sitting on her ass watching his speeches on Youtube lol

  • Haha, What a dumb bitch...Wtf was she thinking?

  • this is the reason whitmen lost, this ad made it for jerry brown, without this ad he would of lost

  • @MCZ83 he was leading in the polls before this ad even came out...

  • as a californian, and a libertarian, it's rare to say that I'm not a hater of arnold. In fact, i was afraid that if nutmeg were to be elected, that i'd even miss him.

arnold wasn't all THAT bad. but his time is up. i'm very relieved to see that nutmeg failed at buying a governorship. buying her way into power... boredom? i don't know. who gives a shit now? but i know if i spent over 100 mil for a job and failed, i'd be pissed. If i lose $10 i get pissed. LOL

  • Welcome back governor moonbeam!

  • haha whiteman lost!!!!!!!!!!!! gf :)

  • my fav ad

  • i have two words for meg whitman.... HA. HA.

  • LETS GO GIANTS YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey, you want to see a worse Meg Whitman ad? I'll show you the scariest slogans Meg has. Just go to FunnyOrDie and search for "12 Campaign Slogans for Ragin' Meg Whitman"

  • LET'S GO CHARGERS!!!!!!!!

  • This is actually great. It highlights the need to run the state as a business and that we have a spending problem. In the end the worst thing that can happen is Jerry Brown.

  • Thank GOD I don't live in California. Good luck out there with your unions and socialism. Hey California businesses ! Texas has no income taxes and way less crazy regulations ! Come on down baby ! We let you keep more of what you earn !

  • @RightWingTV . yeah texas doesn't have any "crazy" regulations or crazy laws for that matter. humm, nazi texas or socialist california, I think I prefer the latter.

  • Meg Whitman can't think for herself. She is like a parrot. Her own ads prove this point. Whitman said California was a great state when Brown was governor from 1975-83. Schwarzenegger may be a great governor but that is irrelevant to the topic of Whitman vs. Brown for the CA governorship.

  • Anybody who votes for Brown needs to have their head checked. More than likely, they need a brain transplant.

My dogs passed away back in June and they both agreed to donate their body parts.

  • @guttermouth70 thats why whitman lost huh

  • Does this really matter? The thing I hate about this ad is that it disses Meg, but how does that make anyone want to vote for Jerry Brown? Just like how Meg Whitman's ad for "It's All a Lie" proves why not to vote for Brown, but there is no positive reason why we should vote for either of these airheads. These ads should not make us want to vote at all..

  • @gagaohlala123 Wjat you don't get is that Arnold Schwarzenegger is so unpopular as gov of California - really hated actually - that to be compared to Arnold is like an insult in and of itself.

  • @gagaohlala123 What you don't get is that Arnold Schwarzenegger is so unpopular as gov of California - really hated actually - that to be compared to Arnold is like an insult in and of itself.

  • Creative editing for effect. I think i'll vote for my butt.

  • The problem with this ad is that Gov Schwarzenegger is a great governor. He has spearheaded pension reforms that will save Californians hundreds of billions of dollars in the future, brought green businesses and their jobs, pushed for renewable energy, and promoted CA all over the world to help the economy. Repeating intelligent ideas is intelligent. Meg gets it, Jerry doesn't, and this ad proves it. Check out the gov at his channel on youtube at govschwarzenegger.

  • @wunderdarp There is no problem with this ad. You are wrong. Schwarzenegger is very UNPOPULAR as gov.

  • Yes on 25

  • WHAT IF I DONT WANT TO VOTE FOR NONE OF THESE TWO LOSERS??? BROWN SUCKS NUTS AND MEG SUCKS PUSSY

  • nice! MEGS A BITCH....

  • Jerry Brown will make California in an even worse state. He's not even really a democrat if you look at what he stands for. He will most likely be a one term governor when he is elected on Tuesday because he is already old. Why do politicians always want to be known for something big before they die. Brown was already a governor and he wasn't even a good one.

  • @UchihaSurvivor360 According to Meg Whitman Claifornia 30 years ago was great that's why she moved there. SUCKER!

  • A few clips they failed to show: Arnold- "Go to the Chopppaaa!!!" Meg-"Go to the Chopppaaa!!!" Arnold- "It's not a tumaaaaaaa!!!!" Meg-"It's not a tumaaaaaaa!!!!" Arnold-"If it bleeds, we can kill it!" Meg-"If it bleeds, we can kill it!" -Hasta livista bitches...

  • Elect a business person to office and they will do what they have always done and are good at. Make money for themselves and friends. Look what happened to Halliburton after Chaney was elected. It worth increased 800% while Americas debt soared. If you spend a lifetime heading companies you wind up more and more out of touch with what public service and democracy are.

  • oh heck...I need to quit talking about things that actually affect Californians...why don't I join the idiot Democrats posting here and complain about Meg Whitman's ads and Sara Palin...might as well throw in some George Bush

  • Yeah...be sure and vote for a Democrat Party Governor who will bend over and willingly be fucked in the ass by the public employee unions while his idiot supporters complain about Meg Whitman's ads

  • There are now more than 15,000 government retirees statewide who receive pensions that exceed $100,000 a year, according to the California Foundation for Fiscal Responsibility.

  • @booksum That is not good, now look up how many CEO's have retired on more than a million a year.

  • Approximately 85% of the state's 235,000 employees (not including higher education employees) are unionized. As the governor noted during his $83 billion budget roll-out, over the past decade pension costs for public employees increased 2,000%. State revenues increased only 24% over the same period.

  • Just how fuckin stupid is the typical Democrat Voter in California...Even though the fuckin state is 30 billion in the whole thanks to public employee unions...these dumb assholes are going to elect a democrat who will make even more deals with the unions....Unemployment is 13% now..by the time the Democrat get done it will be 20%...vote Democrat?,,,BWWAWAWAWAWAW

  • @booksum

".Unemployment is 13% now..by the time the Democrat get done it will be 20%...vote Democrat?,,,BWWAWAWAWAWAW"

Choking on my cum arn't ya.

  • Irony: Jerry Brown is a repeat of the same thing himself: himself. So idk if Arnold = Meg, but Jerry = Jerry so...

  • @kje128 irony=meg whitman herself talked about how wonderful california was 30 years ago, how "anything was possible." guess who the gov was then.

spend it all meg, spend it all

  • insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results

insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results

insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results

insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results

    ...

you know what copying other people's words and use them as your own is called?? it's called plagiarism, you can get fined and arrested for doing that!!!!

  • Hi..Ii'm Jerry Brown ..I really don't give a shit about growing the economy or creating jobs because my supporters are all so fuckin stupid all I have to say is i don't like Meg Whitman...my idiot supporters are happy and besides...I'm a Democrat..I don't' give a shit about growing the economy or creating private sector jobs

  • @booksum are you fucking serious??? meg whitman has run one of the most negative campaigns california has ever seen. What the fuck does whitman know about running a state??? she's a dumb bitch who is exactly the same person as Schwarzeneggar

  • @Lloydsabitch .....uninformed Democrat voters like loyd'saCunt and Tishhead...Jerry Brown's secret weapon..You two idiots no doubt think money is printed in Sacramento and passed out like fucking fruit baskets

  • you idiot Democrats haven't got 5 brain cells between the lot of you...Fuckin public unions are destroying the finances of the state and all you idiots can help about is "right wing talking points"...have you fuckin morons taken a look at the state's finances recently?...What's going to grow the economy and jobs?...Jerry Brown sucking Union Farts>?

  • Finally beating them at there own game...

  • HAHAHAHAHA repukkkes are a broken record.

  • I cant stand that fucking pig Whitman.

  • Meg uses vague comments while Jerry ran Calf.

Unfortunately, running a state is not a business - you can't outsource jobs to india, raise prices like she did for eBay sellers, make (and overpay for) acquisitions like Skype, and give yourself a boatload of stock options.

She is an ego-driven former CEO like Fiorina and they will both lose.

  • It's a cute video, but viewing as justification for vote selection has bought into our soundbite culture. Imagine a video with Arnold and Meg both saying (which they probably have): "I love California" and "I learned that hard work is key to success" and "I want to make decisions based on the long-term interests of California". These are inarguably reasonable things to say. But to go from that similarity to "they will be the same" or further "I'm voting for Jerry" skips a few cognitive steps.

  • @darrelstickler you missed the point. it wasn't just that they said the same things. it's that meg's argument for your vote is exactly what arnold's was: i'm so rich, i won't be beholden to anyone. and if you think that worked out fine, by all means, vote for whitman. of course, given that arnold's approval rating is now below gray davis', i don't think that will get her across the finish line.

  • You know.... Every candidate says those same things at one time or another in their political careers.....I am SURE if you look you can find Jerry Brown saying exactly the same thing in some context. You all do realize that every excerpt is taken out of its original context. RIGHT??? I dont endorse either way. The only thought I have is dont look at the ads look at the issues.

  • both candidates suck

  • LOL I was about to vote for Her too

  • Go Jerry Go!!

  • Genius!

  • *OUCH*!

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!! Meg Whitman is a typical dingy blonde!!! She could never run California. This is really quite pitiful.

  • GO JERRY, GO JERRY, GO JERRY!

  • PROP 19 BABY

  • "We tried that once and it didn't work." Please tell me I'm not the only one who sees the irony in JERRY BROWN saying that. I mean REALLY Jerry?

  • @l337x3r1cx actually, it DID work when brown was governor. check out brown's other ad showing whitman talking about how wonderful california was 30 years ago -- when brown was gov. what does it say that arnold won't endorse whitman who is using exactly the same argument he did -- i'm rich so i'm beholden to no one. either (a) he doesn't believe her or (b) he knows he had discredited that argument so much that his endorsement would hurt her.

  • @tishhead ...ARe you really this stupid?...30 years ago Governor Moonbean didn't have the public unions raping the state for every latest fucking dime it had....get a clue moron

  • @booksum oh yes, blame the unions. never mind that california is the ONLY state that doesn't charge drilling royalties to the oil companies. and, of course, whitman's going to crack down on the bad old unions -- except the ones that play ball with her. it was pretty funny watching whitman basically endorse brown. spend it all, meg. spend it all.

  • @tishhead ....uninformed Democrat voters like loyd'saCunt and Tishhead...Jerry Brown's secret weapon..You two idiots no doubt think money is printed in Sacramento and passed out like fucking fruit baskets

  • @booksum judging by the polls, he apparently has A LOT of secret weapons. uninformed repubs think that by turning your life over to corporations, somehow they will look out for you. they will take their tax breaks and their loopholes and ship jobs out of state and out of country. when was california doing better? when we actually invested in having a decent school system and infrastructure.

  • Actually everything Arnold said never happened. He ended up bending over to the Democrat controlled legislature. They have controlled state spending for DECADES! So saying "We tried that" Um no...we didn't.

  • @iamgoldengod um... yes we did. why even live in cal if your a republican go to mississippi

  • tea party would be a great thing for this country. If they actually put forward decent leadership.

  • Arnold Schwarzenegger screwed up California and now Meg Witman will screw it up further if she is elected.

  • best moment of the debates: jerry brown asking whitman how much she would personally benefit from her tax proposals. whitman isn't spending 200 million of her own money. she's investing it.

  • why can't other dem ads be this effective? lord knows the repubs provide plenty of material to work with.

  • Can we say plagiarism?

  • she was bitch-slapped

  • @VoyageOfReality shes a whore like jerry brown said

  • This commercial is one of the best I have EVER seen; it's superb, and I love it!!!!!!!!!!

  • So does Arnold and Meg Whitman have the same wriiters?

  • dayum. cold world. no blanket.

  • i luv this ad. meg is totally taking words from arnold. she seriously can't think for herself and is obviously thinking that using arnold words will get her to win just because arnold did. um, sorry meg.

  • this reminds me of the australainand canadian PMs speeches declaring their support for the Iraq war. THe speeches were word for word alike. Right wingers, huh?

  • Meg Whitman should get to the choppa and gtfo out of running for governor.

  • that bitch is coping arnold

  • wow a spending problem like the 243 million you just spent on making retarded ads

  • I love my union....vote with their recommendations down the line!! They are for the people unlike the Meg Whitmans of the world.

  • That's actually an incredibly effective ad.

  • Can the California governorship be bought? Is this 2010 midterm election an Auction? So many mega-millionaires and a few billionaires running this year--people who never voted, but think their wealth entitles them to hold high offices--and their #1 issue is to cut taxes on the wealthiest. Meh! They won't want to live in the type of place they will create, if elected. It will be ugly and cruel.

  • Best Ad ever!!!!!

  • There is better out there, if Meg Whitman is smart.

Search for "Jerry Brown", "lie" and "breitbart.tv".

  • I can't believe you brain washed idiots think this ad is good..why don't you morons google the following ."Public Employee Unions Are Sinking California" .read it..then tell me Governor Moonbeam is the guy to do something about that...BWAWAWAWAW..go on sheep tell me he's the guy

  • Comment removed

  • yeah great...Governor Moonbeam is going to make things better by?....bending over and grabbing his ankles for every public employees union in California...no thanks...Meg Whitman knows how to make hard choices..Jerry Brown knows how to bend over

  • Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah SHE'S A JOKE.

  • She got Owned!!!! :D

  • Very well done job by Brown!

  • Just curious. Which of these comments do you disagree with? The coincidence is not so amazing actually,. If you take the time to think about it. Most everything said was an obvious remark made by both ot these candidates. Arnold caved to the liberal legislature in this state, resulting in the disaster we find ourselves in now. Had he done what he said he would do , we would be much better off.

    Impeach Obama

    Elect Whitman

  • I agreed with Arnold when he said it. and I agree with Whitman now.

  • Brilliant Ad!!!

  • pwnage!

  • It would be great if someone could catch Meg reciting the immortal lines "Come with me if you want to live" or "I'll be back".

  • meg whitman spent more money on her own annoying advertising campaign than any other candidate in US history. what do you think tells us about her?

  • hook. line. sinker. done.

  • I think whoever thought of this was genius ....very different :)

  • wow... jaja ya ni sabe ni que decir la weii

  • Meg Whitman has no chance! If elected, she would be the worst governor for California. Just think about people, she is a millionaire and she will always favor her own class of people. Meg doesn't even understand how the average California resident struggles each day. It looks like Arnold had no clue how to run the state and Meg will only do the same thing that Arnold has been doing. Meg is a nightmare for California! Vote Democrat!!!!!!

  • Manipulated sound bites. God forbid Brown gets elected and amnesties the millions of illegals who will be the state's demise. (And eventually the country's.)

  • This commercial is genius! Checkmate!!!! Like I said, Dumb and Dumber.

  • Dumb and Dumber

  • wow jerry got her goood! she said the exact same things as arnold! she's a total fake!

  • Wow, I'm shocked.......looks like Meg Whitman is using Arnold's campaign manager or speech writer.......this is too much of a coincidence.

As per spending $160 compared to Jerry's $25, I would not have a major problem with this if she raised the money from the people like Obama did. By spending this much of her own money, she must be thinking to Governorship office is for sale.

  • @SanFelipeGuide I complety agree with your point. This is not for sale

  • @flameflyer1 Ahhh but with Jerry Brown, it is for sale... to the highest Union!

  • @mochatrpl

Unions provide a valuable service for the workers of this country.

    FUCK

    THE

    RICH

  • @Joe402 ...you must be high talking about the valuable services Unions provide....as they go about bankrupting the country..

  • @booksum

Thanks for posting that right wing talking point.

Thanks for being mad at unions and not the people who really put us in this mess: Wall Street.

  • @Joe402 Nothing against those in the union if they have a fair say but if you are in a union and disagree, you are an outcast... and.. your dues continue to support what you do not agree with... so who is the powerful?? You got it, the Union Leaders and who do they support,... you got it.. .JB and so the private sector does not have a chance.

  • @mochatrpl

Pretty sure they hold secret votes for this type of stuff. Unions are a necessity in order to avoid being exploited by the private sector. Just look at the working conditions before the era of unions.

  • @mochatrpl Highest ONION, you mean.

Vote Whitman if you want to see California slide off into the ocean.

  • @vonwegen100 "ONION"?

  • this is the best commercial!

  • What's the worst that can happen!?

  • As the California economy continue worsen under Arnold, Meg tries to distance herself from him, but mouths off the same old rhetoric and philosophy pretty much verbatim. So much for repackaging the "innovative" ideas from this party, which are clearly not sustainable in the real world.

@BlkEclipse Ironically, the worst that can happen is: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting/hoping for different results."

  • Why on earth would a businesswoman spend so much money on a campaign to a public servant position that gives pocket worth in wages compared to what she made at eBay? What is her real motive in becoming the California governor since she doesn't strike me as a genuine public servant?

  • @Flip42483 Thank you for putting that out there. Most Bilionares ( rich people ) do not change overnight to being in a public position. There is a thrist for power which money cant buy? or as governer she wants to take use her powers in a manipulative manner? She has no passion, no volenteer or any sense of activism. Why does she care about us?

  • the current title seems fine to me, maybe it was changed already? Love it. It really is just like letting her go off on her own, she reveals her true self, this ad is merely pointing it.

  • Already mailed in for JERRY! Screw you meg - NOT buying my vote

  • California frooze property taxes in such a way that people in million dollar homes are paying less taxes than someone buying a $150K home.

We can't keep giving tax breaks to the super rich & think we'll then by in Heaven

  • @DillonDee1 ..whatta fabulous idea...raise taxes...,..don't do jack shit about the Unions screwing the state royally...go raise taxes so even more jobs can be killed...WBWWAWAWAWAW...typical Democrat

  • I can't help but cheer this ad when I see it. It's a great ad.I also can't help flip off my radio/ tv everytime a Whitman ad comes on.

  • YEA FUCK ARNOLD....

  • The "problem" is that these issues are still valid... but Arnold didn't uphold his end of the bargain. California still does have a spending problem, we're already overtaxed... enough with the handouts. Whitman sucks but Brown is horrendous. Yeah, vote for Brown if you want to hit the gas pedal off the financial cliff, he's unapologetically in the unions' pockets. Spend, spend, spend with money we don't have.

  • Now the other candidates should make a TV commercial to show that Jerry Borwn and nutmeg are essentially the same thing.

  • best jerry brown ad yet!!!!

  • amazing. saw it on tv a second ago and had to share it to everyone!

  • both campaigns are run by Pete Wilson. what did you expect? I'm sure they can mix in some of Pete's speeches and they'll all sound exactly the same.

  • @goraidersndodgers lmao, no kidding?!

  • The Who's "Wont Get Fooled Again" should be playing in the background!

  • This is the most amazing political ad I've ever seen. Should be in the advertising hall of fame. Whoever put this together is a genius.

  • DUDE IM NOT INTO POLITICS BUT I SAW THIS ON TV AND DAMN.... ALL I GOTTA SAY IS PWNED

  • BREAKING: Politicians make extensive use of cliched talking points! News at 11.
