To the people trying to get this track, it is by an Australian band called Icehouse (formerly the Flowers) and from a 1984 album called Sidewalk. You can buy it on eBay if they don't sell this where you live.

Has to be my most favourite Icehouse track EVER...Haunting, beautiful. Much more meaningful for a pining teenager in the 90's to the emo crap "bands" punch out now. A lost era, still relevant and ROCKING!!
