I'm a repair tech. Take it from me, you don't need 2000 RPMs to get the access watter out of your cloths. Yeah its nice, quick. I agree. However It doesn't seem to occur to people how Catastrophic it rely could be if that tub were to come loose at 2000 RPMs. Iv seen it, it tears up the whole machine from the inside out! The cost of repair will almost certainly accede the cost of a new one. Worst part is.. It always seems to happen between 3-6 yrs. I have run my own repair business for 6 yrs now.

No, I have had any problem with the machine and I didn't need technical support until now. Unfortunately the rotation-direction can't be changed (me too I prefer machines which spin in a clockwise direction).

Yes, actually the laundry comes out very dry and thanks to that you can save a lot of energy in tumble drying. The machine is really quiet,even when spinning at 2000rpm ;)
