Honestly, I like the RE movies and consider them as a spin off and alternate universe to the video game storyline. Honestly, as much as I love the original games, I doubt a 1:1 video game to movie scale would have tanked. Not even The Prince of Persia stayed 1:1 in scale and look how good it did in the box office.

Honestly, I like the RE movies and consider them as a spin off and alternate universe to the video game storyline. Honestly, as much as I love the original games, I doubt a 1:1 video game to movie scale would have tanked. Not even The Prince of Persia stayed 1:1 in scale and look how good it did in the box office.
