  • @TeenyTiny945 spine and rotator cuff injuries hahahahah

  • damn hes hot haha wish i could work out with Joe and also this work out can really rip your abs and obliques

  • dude is wearing a g-string.

  • I was just wondering, could you include a rack pull variation in this circuit to hit the lower back?

  • This is for advanced Athletes... IF you are not one of us, do it with 10kg may be... Don't try to stick with the video and weight in it, do it the best way you feel!!! It is not INcorrect if you use less weight ROFL!

  • Tried these today. I didn't like it. My shoulders/arms fatigued before my abs did.

  • @Zabbai use less weight maybe

  • This looks like it focuses more on the upper abdominals.

  • @Zabbai and the obliques

  • did this today with a 25lb just to test it out.. and it felt great.. definitely going to be a staple in my routine from now on.. thanks joe.

  • anyone know if this exercise can work for a boxer? Thanks!

  • thumbs up nice workout routine

  • good shit

  • I might recommend this for a powerlifter but would never give this routine to a bodybuilder. A bodybuilder wants to reduce their waist for a more tapered look..... not thicken it by using weights for oblique movements.

  • For a natural Bodybuilder, weighted core movements will NOT thicken your waist, trust me. Do you think doing crunches and side bends with weights will thicken a persons waist as much as squatting and deadlifting hundreds of pounds would? Absolutely not. Having a strong core is paramount, 45lb will not make you have a "steroid" belly.

  • they dont want a steroid belly they want to be stronger

  • @djh405 less reps with higher weight is better than 50 reps at no weight. you want to engage muscle. the abs are no different than any other muscle in your body.

  • Fantastic - wish I thought o this! This is going into my routine

  • wow this looks like a good ab routine, might try it after a workout some time!

  • getting all the exercises up for the new ebook uh?
