This is for advanced Athletes... IF you are not one of us, do it with 10kg may be... Don't try to stick with the video and weight in it, do it the best way you feel!!! It is not INcorrect if you use less weight ROFL!
I might recommend this for a powerlifter but would never give this routine to a bodybuilder. A bodybuilder wants to reduce their waist for a more tapered look..... not thicken it by using weights for oblique movements.
For a natural Bodybuilder, weighted core movements will NOT thicken your waist, trust me. Do you think doing crunches and side bends with weights will thicken a persons waist as much as squatting and deadlifting hundreds of pounds would? Absolutely not. Having a strong core is paramount, 45lb will not make you have a "steroid" belly.
@djh405 less reps with higher weight is better than 50 reps at no weight. you want to engage muscle. the abs are no different than any other muscle in your body.
@TeenyTiny945 spine and rotator cuff injuries hahahahah

I was just wondering, could you include a rack pull variation in this circuit to hit the lower back?

Tried these today. I didn't like it. My shoulders/arms fatigued before my abs did.
