    Hope that helps

  • you looked so dumb describing that bread... why don't you read more about it first so you know what you are talking about... raw bread... so stupid!! To get healthy... you have a long long way to go darling!!

  • I recommend you read the Sunfood diet success system by David Wolfe.. even if you don't like him that book has amazing info. Don't recommend eating soy...

  • Ezikiel bread isn't raw...it's baked...

  • Eating raw is not about what you can find in the supermarket that fits replicates a non-raw diet...Its about eating fresh (not frozen) lively foods that give you the energy you were meant to have...btw that bread is DEFINETLY not raw :)

  • eh-da-ma-meh

  • good work :) ezekiel bread is great. have you tried the cinnamon raisin?

chocolate chips and vegetables yum :)

  • i am addicted to frozen berries

  • Apples, bananas, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, peaches, pears, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, kale, collard greens, escarole...and you bought frozen blueberries?

  • NO Ezekiel bread is NOT raw...it's cooked at 250 degrees and from their own customer service rep's reply to my Email questions "The temperature used kills all enzymes"

I asked them why go thru the process of sprouting if you are going to turn around and kill them with the high heat?? I got no response back.

  • truth.

  • who is ed?

  • You are trying to be healthy? Have you read ANYTHING about health food? Frozen fruit? I applaud you for trying, but try harder lady. Try RAW chocolate (Cocao). What you got will not do ANYTHING worth while for your health.

  • And what exactly is wrong with frozen fruit? Or edamame? I def. agree that ezekiel bread in not the best.

  • Where do you live Washington or Oregon....We have a Fred Meyers here in Washington?

  • ED-UH-MAH-MAY

  • are u sereous or acting?

  • I have heard frozen berries have 20% more nutrients than fresh.

  • Love the England top! Quite a shock when your beautiful American accent came in. You guys seem to be really flying the raw food flag, hope it catches on over here in blighty. Heaven knows we need it, you probably eat more fruit in a day than the average Scotsman does in a year!

  • Very cool and interesting, I'm stuck on a diabeticc/renal diet for a while, maybe I'll check it out!

  • Yeah ezequiel bread is NOT RAW but is SPROUTED FLOURLESS is a great bread good choice

  • Ezekel bread is not raw, its sprouted and then baked

  • Ezekial bread is not raw. Yeah they sprout them but then they bake it.

  • what about their cereal?

  • @conbread101 it's raw for blondes though

  • wow your videos inspire me. im vegan and about to do a master cleanse next wednesday-ish. So, after that i want to do raw. b/c i basically already eat that way.. it won't be too hard :D your vblogs are great! we have a lot in common by the sounds of it btw...and yes microwaves ARE creepy! <3

  • Maybe you some raw food prep books could help you! You can check them out free from the libary!

  • You buy all sorts of good food, but why frozen and in a plastic bag nd all? I prefer like, fresh food, I don't know how to say it..Err, like from a grocerie market, I think that fresh food is better tasting than conserved food, anyway so..

  • my god, I want your poster that was in the lower right hand corner of the video the whole time. It's the one that says Make art, not war right? And I'm so going raw vegan soon.

  • You should get a friend. You're weird lol

  • ed ah mummy

  • Sounds yummy! I eat edamame all the time. They're really great boiled actually ... not raw, I know but they're still real good for you regardless.

  • Are choc chips raw?

  • That is the strangest food item I've ever heard of.

  • the bread, that is

  • What's so strange about it ? she could have bought raw stuff like hemp milk, chlorella, spirulina, alfalfa, mung beans and fenugreek sprouts, liquid amino acids, pumpkin seeds, raw almond butter, Mmm...

  • ed-ah-mah-may LOL :D

  • I like your top ;-)

  • Hello Honey, he is 28 year old, lots of hugs kisses love Stewart xox

  • I love, love, love that bread =D

  • ezekial bread is so yummy.

we don't have it here in the UK, but there's Sunnyvale sprouted small loaves which are also tasty.

good luck with the raw journey!

  • i don't know if anyone's said this yet, but edamame is pronounced ED [like your boyfriend lol] UH MAH MAY...

And that's EXACTLY how i eat them :)

I should make some video's soon, I always go back and forth on raw...Good for you!!

  • have you even tried it? it's moist and full of flavour, plus it doesn't hit your stomach like a rock!

  • Hey, I've been watching a few of your videos. I can't really do a video blog because my friends are addicted to youtube, but I love your videos! I think your honesty is great and your videos are amusing.

I also saw some of your 'haters,' and aren't they just precious.

Yeah, I watched Brokeback Mountain with a couple friends in rememberance of Heath. I'm also seeing the new Batman movie as soon as it comes out.

    Oh my, rambling.

  • He was 28.

  • omgosh! my family invented ezekial bread!! it was one of my great uncles or someone who i dont even know, but thats awesome you're trying it!! :)

  • OMG, I just bought some EZEKIEL 4:9 bread today too! I also got their cereal (Almond). Almost all Food For Life products are sprouted before they heat the bread. It's not living but the heat is as minimal as possible so it doesn't rot to quickly. Store it in the freezer or else it'll go bad :) It's not raw but still has much more nutrients than conventional bread. Bon apetit!

  • And Brokeback Mountain... don`t forget about that. :)

  • and A Knight's Tale ;P

  • EZEKIEL 4:9 Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, [according] to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, three hundred and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.

  • ed.. like your boyfriend; am... like "I am"; om... like "om" chant; eh... like the canadian "eh" or long a. edamame!

by the way, you look really beautiful in your sunlit kitchen:)

oh and i've been trying to go raw for quite some time; it takes mindfulness and discipline, but i'm sure you're well equipt for it. Peace:)

  • Thank you for reminding me about the carrots that are dying in the bottom of my crisper!!!

Yes- tragic about Heath...wonder what happened there...

    take care.

  • There is no way that bread is raw, or even close to being raw.

You say it contains sprouted grains, but I assume that just means they let the wheat start "growing" before turning it into flour. Maybe ground sprouted grain doesn't count as flour, which is why they can get away with saying it doesn't contain it.

  • Heath was 28.

    Really sad. :[

  • mmmm edamame is really good. throw 'em on your salads.

dammit. heath had such a sexy accent.

  • Ezekiel bread is actually not raw, it's definitely baked in ovens. It's still really good for you as sprouted grains are easier to digest, plus you get all that wonderful fiber that makes you poop good. :D

  • Yay for this video and for Ezekial bread. Both are equally awesome. Sad about Heath, I heard earlier today and didn't believe it at.. first so young.

  • Hi Elle! I love ed-a-ma-may. :) I put mine in a pan with some water and then boil it with the lid on for a few minutes then I put it in a frying pan with some sea salt and a teeny bit of olive oil so it gets a bit crisper after the steaming. It's one of my fav. snacks.

I like your track jacket too btw!

  • Ah, yes, so sad about Heath. So young and with a very young daughter who will grow up without a father. Quite tragic. Raw is definitely the way to go! I would totally do it the right way if I was "normal" :)

  • It's so sad about Heath... I was shocked when I found out.

Thanks for the vid. I am on the raw diet too.

  • yea he was 28 years old. im not there was the bob dylan movie, he was amazing in it. gah. i cant believe hes gone. it doesnt seem real.

  • I'm going to have to buy that bread, I've seen it before, but didn't know it was organic AND living. So happy you've made a couple videos I've missed you! And what on earth.. celebrities are dropping dead all over the place, anna nicole, now heath, half the other ones are in rehab.. it's unbelievably sad.

  • ed-a-mommy

  • OMG edamame is amazing!!!! I love it...ya you can boil them youi don;t have to microwave them!!

  • I didnt know you went raw. I did too! Ezekiel bread is SOO Good! With Almond butter, or for raw sandwiches! Very good pick.

  • Bread counts as raw??? I think I may already eat completely raw! My sound's not working where I'm at, so I'll watch the video with sound in a bit.

  • living bread.....do you really need raw bread? hm...oh well..tell me if it tast good.

  • It does taste good. It tastes healthy. : )
