@o88ak88 It's not true. It blooms every year and the aroma is intoxicating, like grape soda only more intense. Honeybees will use it to make honey which is exceptionally fragrant.

Beauty is what it is. Kudzu has 60 medicinal purposes. Harvard published studies on detoxing the liver with kudzu root. Much info can be found at kudzu questions search on Google. Or you could look up kudzu food on Google.

This plant is a good source for making fuel. A man in Chattanooga, TN distills it into Ethanol. Also, GA Tech figured out how to make fuel from it some 30 years ago. We should use it to replace our dependence on petroleum.

That was nice. I visited Georgia and was so taken by the Kudzu there. I'd never heard of it before. I started reading about it and all the bad things it does but I admire its resilience and beauty. Not to mention the yummy jelly I tried there. Wow so cool. It's one of those things people love it or hate it.
