  • I can finally understand c8

  • In wushu this one of the begginer's forms it's called Changquan 2

  • It's called 5 step boxing because "Stance" and "Step" mean the same thing in Chinese. It's technically the 5 stance fist.

  • he looks like an older version of ang doing some airbending...lol

  • thank you for the demostration , real good one, I will practice that one.

  • Shaolin Kung Fu

  • Avatar ftw

  • thank you so much master

  • Thanks 4putting ur time and effort to teaching us sum kool moves thank u:)

  • This is really cool xD i can already see him bend air or fire xD

  • wheres johny :-(

  • He needs his own channel

  • omg where can i get a DVD of this??

  • thank you so much for teach this tecnics... please more moves

  • thats some legit avatar: the last air bender stuff

  • Do not do this at home!!

  • are you going to the Philippines to teach us how to do the shaolin kung fu techniques ???

  • teach us the KAMEHAMEHA already!

  • wu-shu. That is what i am learning right now

  • @exnaruto1 WATCH FEARLESS FROM JET LI MOVIE

  • amazing I can see it in detail thanks to you =)

  • I am a Shaolin 5th year student, the '12 moves' of the '5 step' refer to the 5 stances that are being utilized. Effectively this is broken into 12 separate moves in order to show you the flow that is utilized with Shaolin. This is merely a very basic introduction seeing as there are quite a few more stances.

  • i wiss i could learn KUNG FU!!!

  • @kimjung24 Have you looked for practitioners in your area? Kung Fu, like any martial art can be learnt at any age and in any environment, you ideally DO however, need to learn under a master and not of course from videos or books.

  • -_- I'm no fan of expert village, but I AM a martial arist, and I think it's something like this:

    1, 2, 3 = STEP 1

    4, 5 = STEP 2

    6, 7, 8, 9 = STEP 3

    10. 11 = STEP 4

    12 + bow at end = STEP 5

    STEP 1, STEP 2, STEP 3, STEP 4, STEP 5 = Five Step Boxing

  • @mashmusic11235

If you were a martial artist then you would know the importance of him break those "5 Steps" in 12 movements. 5 step boxing simply means it incorporates all 5 basic stances, the fact that there are 12 steps is to show to flow of each movement

  • @chikibambam1 ... I knew the importance of that. I just posted that to illustrate to people why he did twelve steps instead of five.

And if you doubt that I'm a martial artist, my credentials are 1st Degree Black Belt in American Karate. If you want, I can PM you my instructor's name.

  • Bro the monks will own you....

  • @mashmusic11235 correct. and it is called Wu Bu Quan

  • So that's what the students in my kung fu class doing. i'm gonna watch this to do it then they gonna see i'm a quick learner in a week of Kung Fu

  • Could you post some Northern Shaolin forms? Specifically the Northern Dragon form.

  • press 2, 5, 6.

Then If you keep pressing 9 you're a birdy!

  • this was not fucking five steps.......

  • I'm learning this form, i'm a beginner atm and i can get more practice from this, thanks :D

  • i know how to kung fu boxing

  • cooooooooool

  • I BET THAT'S FIVE STEPS !! MEN YOUR GREAT !

  • 5 step boxing or 12 step boxing??? Looks like someone skipped Ms. Jones counting class

  • @dsgb1981 watch his feet, he takes 5 steps, not 5 movements.

  • WOW He looks like he is fire bending. Sweeeeet =D

  • @xFlowerPowerGox Shaolin Kung fu is the martial art in firebending!

The creators of The show had to choose martial arts for each bending technique.

I prefer Hung Gar = Earthbending and Tai Chi = Waterbending

But most of all I like Toph's style = Southern Praying Mantis.

  • @NomGnome97 That's pretty sick =D Yea I like the southern praying mantis aswel. hahah I wish I didnt look so retarded trying them tho lol

  • nice dance moves

  • @KillerUpInSmoke say that to his face

  • this just shows the 5 stances combined with boxing..not the way way to defend urself...and kung fu do not teach u how to beat someones ass

  • @1994nes Exactly... It was developed by Bodhidharma for his monks as exercise. the elements of flexibility and motion gained from such training meant a monk was more physically capable of defending himself. In no way was Shao Lin meant for Fighting. watch any of the real monks do their forms. and you'll see how much better it is to look at a peaceful practice. The term "boxing" refers only to the mention of a "fist" which means a set of violent actions. as opposed to just a dance, or jig... :)

  • @1994nes its just a form o.O

  • @1994nes are you mentally retarded? do you even know what kung fu is?

  • @1994nes i beg to differ...this shoalin stuff isnt very good for defense but traditional...what my kung fu (kaito) provides is a harsher sequence of fighting, providing the fullest extent of human function.....soon i will upload video teaching you step by step how to preform special moves and patterns

  • easy..learned it in one night :D

  • this is actually hard cuz if u wanna beat their ass like tekken you have to move hella fast...

  • @Sazendora1337 First i dropped outa college and live with my mom, then you call me a 12 year old? Damn you just called me super smart going to college at 12, thanks troll.

  • @whoseaaron i didn't call you a 12 year old, your cuss was LIKE a 12 year olds, obviously you cant read a sentence/paragraph correctly because you dropped out of college like a dumb prick and have nothing to do but go on youtube all day trying to start arguments you cant win and you called me retarded? unlike you i'm doing well and taking my GCSE's and A levels 2 years early i feel sorry for you. Before you try a comeback make sure it doesn't backfire, now you just look like the fail that you are

  • @Sazendora1337 "and talking about 12 year old cusses what exactly was that last one dumbass" I'm not sure what you were saying there, i think you need a nap because your so mad you cant type properly. Also i like how you have good grammar, then all of a sudden it looks like its written by a 13 year old mentally challenged Kung Fu lesson taker at the local rec. Ima be you again, Dude you wont say this to my face, im so smart im 2 years ahead of my normal age group! So yeah, WANT MY TEACHERS SITE?

  • @whoseaaron I said your cuss is like a 12 year olds and if you cant comprehend that then you are a dumb prick. when i'm talking to you i need good grammar because your so dumb you wouldn't understand it and i'm not the only one taking the exams 2 years early its top classes. You can think i go to my 'local rec' but i'm not sure you would call 33 miles local would you? but you probably don't know distance since you dropped out of college. and how can you be someone you don't know you dick munch?

  • @whoseaaron Shut up. bcs Kung-Fu always beats fucking boxing. I'm learning from an elite monk and he could kick anyone's ass! I don't think that you or Sazendora beated guys that were 20 years older thats complete bull crap unless you're like 50 or something. And why the hell would you go look for a kung fu movie if you think it sucks?

  • @TheXXMasterChiefXx i agree with but i honesty have beaten a twenty year old but i exaggerated i've never lost a tournament but i,'e beaten just one twenty year old. and boxings worst nightmare is kicks which kung-fu incorporates a huge amount of.

  • @TheXXMasterChiefXx wait wait who the fuck are you lmfao. And what kung fu movie am i looking at here? must be the shortest ever huh? Also where the fuck did i say boxing was better then kung fu? and why is sazendora fighting 40 year olds? Also LOL at "elite monk" you kids make me laugh.

  • Press 1 for dissin your shoe

  • Comment removed

  • @WhitePowerRangers666 It is called the 5 step boxing(idk who the fuck translated that, it's wu bu quan in chinese), because it contains 5 of the basic step-types, which are the "stands" that he demonstrated at the start of the video.

  • Press 8 for the 8th Step :D

  • its got 5 stances and not 5 steps..! but lets not focus on the numbers here shall we. else u just missed the actual picture

  • by 5 steps, they mean 5 forms children. there are more movements than 5 per form, but there are 5 forms, which are the steps referred to

  • Maybe if you try to give the back to us ... so we can try it following you

  • This is great for getting your stances down and also gets you used to transitioning from those stances. A great video

  • why is it called 5 step if its 12??

  • I learned this series in an afternoon.

  • wait a minute i thought it was just 5 steps not no damn 12 steps -_-

  • If this would have been just a tad slower i would have got it down easier, great vid, gonna try to learn it!

  • A master once taught this form to me, he said it was called Bubu Chuan :S, but the one he taught me involved like 2 other steps in the beginning.

  • Lol He's wearing sketchers

  • Why does this seem so familiar?? oh wait... i watch to many movies

  • @TheQhozt If you watch cartoons, it looks like the dancing dragon firebending form from Avatar: The Last Airbender. I am not sure if you watch cartoons, though.

  • @itsnoneofyourconcern you're right!! i ken it was familiar.

  • i learned that thing at first in kung fu its really easy lol

  • he said 5 steps and did 11

  • @wizmonk he made 12 moves but really took only 5 steps.

  • ITS AVATAR!

  • How do u memorize it damn .0.0

  • @barrettsquad85

Just how you memorize and learn the english language. You feel the moves, remember them one by one and soon you are able to do it by heart. I'm sure this man can do these moves in 10 seconds or less all in one movement because he is so familiar with them.

  • @NusubitoSan Did u seriosuly just say learn the language

  • @barrettsquad85

    Yes o.O

  • :31, ULTIMATE PUNCH!

  • i learned it, practice it, and now, practiced it on my brother, full speed....He got dropped!

  • this guy is bogus ...

  • @ahsl This guy irl is brutal. just trust me

  • @ahsl

He would kick your ass lol

  • Joker: WTF?

  • The form uses 5 different stances or steps as explained by the Sifu in his introduction hence the name of the form, as there are 13 movements in the sequence some are repeated.

  • The second run through there was 13 moves! lol

  • CAN YOU TEACH WING CHUN

  • This guy is awsome! When he only shows off his skills and not explain people swear at him but when he explains then everyone is like wow that was awsome!

  • avatar

  • that looks badass :D:D

  • i like bunnys

  • ehh. not to be rude or anything but i counted 13 XD ^_^

  • you forgot leopard stance

  • He 'is' the ginyu force.

  • @HidDeNDaNg3r werd nigga lol

  • @HidDeNDaNg3r LOL DAT JUS MADE ME LAUGH 2 MUCH

  • WOW these are extreemly similar to karate except in no. 2 the back leg is straitened and in no.7 that is just a turn for us not a stance/movement

  • I recognize many of the moves from the , as we say in sweden" Chi Chi mönstret"

  • Thank you for showing these techniques!

  • ...the twelve steps of five step boxing... lol.

  • @Humidi Notice that he's changing leg position drastically five times, and the numbering is basically arm movement.

  • @Humidi its not five step, its five stances

  • @Humidi 5 steps = how many stances....

  • the subtitles are wrong, he says horse stance, bow stance and empty stance at 0:11

  • what's the move where you can rip out the other guy's heart?

  • @nhlFDU you can only do that in tiger style man! lol

  • @nhlFDU They dont show it on net, you have to pay fotr that.
