This piece is clearly inspired by Zen thought, & logic has only a transitory place there, hence my comparison to a Zen koan.

Yes, but if you approach things from a Zen perspective, as this video is endeavouring to do, logic has to take a back seat. That's what koans are about.
I wouldn't call " Collapse Zen " a video koan, as such, but it's influenced by Zen.
" The Way that can be explained is not the way " - Tao Te Ching / Dao de Jing.
Very moving... changed my whole outlook on life...
