Blood pudding?) Also, what makes you think they didn't wash the fish before cooking it? There's really not much to "sanitizing" fish than washing it.

It was a 35 second video during which it 13 second of it was a guy talking, 4 was an opening screen, and the rest was showing everything from what a lamprey was to fishermen catching them to cooking them. It takes a lot more than 30 seconds to clean the fish to where it's ready to cook. Just because it wasn't shown doesn't mean it didn't happen.

in my country we eat cow intestines with it's natural "filling" if you get my meaning... And they are delicious, I'm a fan... I also like kidneys and the soft gelly-like inner part of bones, those are really a delicacy!! Some people eat also the bull's testicles, and the cow's tits and eyes but I haven't tried them. Black pudding ( = sausage made with blood), brains, liver, and other parts are also common but I don't like them.

i have eaten cow stomache at a Chinese restaurant and blutwurst(german black pudding with chunks of liver and meat in it) i tried a bite of haggis once not bad and kalb bries milzwurst(brains and spleen sausage).
in America though you can only find weird shit in hot dogs:)
