@Wakapalypze If you mean paying for multiple drinks, I doubt he does. Thing is, though, the company's not losing any meaningful amount of money through this. The soda syrup and water cost a fraction of a fraction of a penny (literally), and the bulk cups don't cost much more. The cost of a single soda from a chain could easily pay for tens of cups with drink, and they'd still be making a significant profit. If this were food, I'd agree, but this stuff is cheaper than deer piss.
