to lose fat you need to be on a calorie defecit... meaning eating less calories than your maintenance requirement (g0o0gle it)
increase your protein intake, about `1 gram per lb` , take your carbs early in the day, fruits during the day, NO sugar based drinks, and eat in small portions, 6-8 meals a day.
