Just shows how empty and cruel football can be, it's more to do with his simply not playing in the team. I'm quite unimpressed. Most people would love the lifestyle a professional footballer is afforded by the fans. For him to complain about sitting on the bench at a World Cup is a kick in the teeth to the people that work 50 hours a week to pour their extra money into going to see their team play.
