Hey all, I apologize that the audio sometimes got flaky. We literally grabbed a video camera and said "How many videos can we shoot in an hour?"

TheredGuy, it's correct that the algorithm decides which web pages will get sitelinks for which queries. There's no way for a webmaster to force it to trigger. However, if you do have sitelinks, you can choose to delete individual sitelinks in Google's webmaster console.
