The reason we increased our rates is because everyone was taking advantage of our extremely low prices and not tipping the drivers. Imagine how you would feel if you drove people around all day long and expected to make a little more money on tips for providing a low price, good quality service and didn't make anything at the end of the work day. That is exactly the reason we had to adjust our rates a little higher.
