  • Is celadon a good company?? And by the way that was a damn good job you did there!!

  • @deadpool19954 No, they are not, and "thank you for the flowers", :D

  • Well done!

  • that would of been a pain in the cock with a 28ft and a day cab even, I fuckin hate that shit! I work for a food service company as a delivery driver, I go through this bullshit alot, not this bad but pretty tigh spots. I would of never been able to do that. They would of been out there unloading it by hand! thats fucking ridiculous

  • great job getting in and out of there! makes you wonder sometimes what the hell people are thinking when they put docks in places like that

  • Driver ive dealt with docks tighter then that.... U had plenty of room

  • Most shipper recivers dont think about the size of the rig when placing them in loading docks

  • Good job driver!! I've got a few tight backings on my video.. My channel is medley1212 I've got a few good videos!!

  • if you americans would just be a little smarter and not use such big tractors but smaller ones like we have in europe, it would make your lifes a whole lot easier.

(trailers are about the same lenght)

  • @WNxRadeon Well, we live in those things for anywhere from 2 weeks to months at a time. Yes, it makes it more difficult to get into tight spaces, but on the other hand, we need room inside for clothing, cooking supplies, foodstuffs, etc. :)

  • @NJKatwoman I understand, but most of the times I am also 3-4 weeks away from home in my truck. :P

I guess we find it normal here because we don't know any different.

  • @WNxRadeon I wish. The worst place I went to was paterson NJ. a 53" had no bussiness going there at all. I was blocking the whole street while getting unloaded. there was no room to maneuver at all. somehow i did it tho. They really need to make laws about the placeswe can go. Its rediculous what they expect out of us.

  • Isnt that some shit? They always have to make it so damn hard for the driver. Why not use the other damn dock? Again dont get me started...lol

  • Great job!! How ya been?

  • I backed into a reciver in bozman Mt and had to jack knife the truck to get to where they could unload. curbs be damed there was no way to do it but go into the fence and get it in there. that was not fun in winter. oh there was only 13 ft of space to work in from the stor to the curb. I went there twice and hated it both times. Takes at lease 20-30 min to get it done. Great job you did!! I tried to back a train up and found out that was not happening. more later.

  • Goos vid pro. Then one banjo video?;)

  • It'a amazing how trucks keep getting bigger and shippers and receivers keep getting smaller and smaller.

  • We've got one driver at my job that can get in the "dock" which they can't use because it's too steep, but he does get to the driveway and beyond in one shot. He's the only guy that does it. But I should reveal he's had my shop as a stop for 30 years.

  • Yeah but you got it done ! Thanks for the video :)

  • maybe its just hard to tell on video, but i've seen many worse then that. that one looks almost easy actually, but either way nice job

  • dame fine driving girl..nothing got damaged, nobody got hurt..just a good show of professionalism..

  • Well what do ya know...here you are in my country...in my province...and I was proably near by (driving anyway) and we STILL have not met up yet... :(

Great job on getting into that crappy dock though...just like the professional I always say you are!!

  • @Newfieguy89 HI TODD!!! Yes, but I forget exactly where that place was....I THINK it was Ingersoll, but don't quote me on that. Well, the company is going to keep me out of Canada for a bit, because my paychecks went down in the toilet, and my anxiety and stress level went through the roof. I can't call anyone on my cel. I can't usually find free Wi-Fi, I just can't take feeling so isolated from my friends. We'll meet up one day, I'm sure of it. And thank you for 'the flowers'! :D

  • Firstly, a big thumbs up on your reversing, anyone getting into that hole unscathed would be worthy of a medal going by all the scar marks left on the concrete.

Secondly, a few strategically placed video cameras around that area, would capture some great YouTube footage I reckon going by all the marks left on the concrete.

I imagine we would get to hear some nice crunching and scraping sounds too... :-)

Greetings from a riot torn england.

  • @Bevoin1970 Thank you very much, Bevoin1970, yes, this place surely was a challenge. I wish I would have had three or four more cameras, and a couple of camera 'helpers', for sure! And not only might you hear some nice crunching and scraping sounds, we might have to bleep out some of the 'naughty' words that I can sometimes blurt out in frustration, lol! Please stay safe and away from the craziness over there!

  • Git er done!! Good job! Its not easy to back up in tight places like this but it even more difficult when you don't even have room to pull up to position yourself right. Sometimes ya just want to ring the neck of the person who designed the place!

  • Hey, You did a Good Job. This is the difference between a professional and a Hobby-driver!

    Greets from Germany

    Marco

  • @Zwiebelauge1 Most appreciated, Marco! This kind of place surely tests your patience and your skills. Waving a hand at ya from the States! :D

  • Good job.. yeah i hate docking in those places too

  • Great video

  • Your right there it seems sometimes they plan the building and forget the loading dock until last. Then they put it in with out thinking of the drivers having to back into them. Have a great day.
