Hello, did you buy a property there yet? I'm thinking of doing so. I'm actually Egyptian and I'm in love with the red sea but I would like to know what you think of sahl hasheesh as an investment

Just come back (Nov 2011)
Dont buy anything in Sahl. It is a bankrupt building site and I doubt it will ever be finished.
There are a few workers finishing the few apartments that have been sold off plan but most of the hotels have been abandoned part finished.
Marina? Golf Courses? Restaurants? Bars? Non-existent and no chance before 2020 at the earliest.
