To all the people that beat this game without the wild thing bike, my hat is off to you. This game set me back mentally as a kid. I borrowed this game from my cousin and let me tell you if i actually owned it i would have broke this game into a 1000 pieces at 10 years old. An oil slick, small post, cow in the middle of the DAMN ROAD or simply the cops just sitting there and u running into the back of them and BUSTED. PE #1 hate you. Cant forget to give a shout out to VIPER really hate you.

that was a trademark of the WIld Thing 2000 (the bike), it's the NOS tanks kicking in. As a kid, I actually just assumed it was a sound glitch caused by spamming the accelerate button.

ontopic : I used to fucking love getting hold of a chain, swinging it above my head, launching off a ramp up into the air, and pretending I was a helicopter.... damn I was easily entertained back then, times were more simple :D

What annoyed me about the first road rash is you could keep driving the same course over and over to get to the next level rather than the 5 seperate ones you were supposed to. Also, the bikes performances were'nt varied enough.

This game was probably the best one out of all the Road Rashes in my opinion. One thing i used to love to do was when i was approaching the finish line, i would purposely crash into the girl waiving the checkered flag and go flying lol. I remember one time i hit her and flew head 1st into a parked police car..it was priceless.

i know a flaw in the game, if you get to where your bile will blow up (hope your bike is positioned in the direct line of something you can bounce off of) and drag it back to the object (so when the bike blows up you will land on it) when that happens you will end up on the bike

if you hit something you will be tossed back a far distance at a great speed sticking to trees and other objects, if the bike lands right you can do this again.

but with this bike in the video going this fast when you do the flaw its funny as heck to watch, i once knew a flaw when you get busted you can continue to run or drive (but the screen is panning away) and keeps panning away.

Just an observation, you don't have to kepp repeatedly pressing the B button to get nitro, just hold it down when it's engaged, you can then achieve top speed much easier and it'll be easier to control.

Even on level 5 you could just SMOKE everyone and everything. I didn't like to use it that much cause it removed the fighting aspect completely unless you slowed up, killing the whole point of bothering with the cheat...I do still bust it out via password to mess with it.

Funniest racing game ever! The variety of wipeouts, multiple racer crashes, the cars that don't stop for anyone, the sound effects of fist on helmet, or bike on car hood, the fact that you're as tough as the terminator and fly half a mile through the air when you crash into a kid's lemonade stand then just shake it off and how your bike waits until you walk back to it to explode...and last, but not least, your crashing/getting run over yell; "WHYYYAAAYYYAAYYAAAHHH!"
